But once I interacted with the driver (Alex) everything went smoothly. Alex was friendly and always responded to my calls and texts so I knew when my car would be delivered. Michael Tarasyuk, whom I believe is is the owner but I'm not sure, was verbally abusive to me and extremely rude and harassed me just because I was having trouble getting my Venmo to work so I had to call my mom to send it from hers so it took a few minutes. He literally left me in tears. I reported him to the company I booked with that contracts him, which was lovely and professional. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional person in my life and he had the audacity to call me unprofessional, when I'm not even the professional in this situation. read more

!!! They picked up my car on March 30th in Yelm, Wa with a delivery in Lynchburg, VA. It is now April 25th and still no car. I started calling and emailing almost daily since April 8th and they have not replied to anything! Currently looking into legal action (the police won't file reports as they say it's a civil issue) as I'm guessing they either lost or stoke my car! This company contracts with auto transport companies like Montway, etc. Once Montway picked up my car and contracted with West Coast, West Coast gave them false information, including a false delivery date. They refused to answer phone calls, including their posted emergency number. My car has an electronic tracker installed, so I could clearly see the whereabouts at all times. West Coast called me once - after I announced I was taking legal action. Do not deal with this company. They don't answer calls or question - or they give you false information and lie. read more

Communication was excellent with Aleksey at West Coast Auto Transport and Ivan the truck driver. The car was picked and delivered on time. The man who picked up my car was very nice. I gave him my sons phone number on bill of lading to call upon car arrival in NC. I was amazed at how quickly they got my car to the east coast. It would have been a pleasant experience except for the woman who called me, who was rude and needlessly abrupt with me. I used Amerifreight to broker transport for me. I told them that my son worked and could sign for car after 530 pm. Of course, they said no problem. When the woman from West Coast Auto called me saying the car was being delivered much earlier, I explained to her that I had told them my son was at work. Instead of explaining to me nicely, she spoke to me aggressively, Loudly saying "Ma'am!", and said she wasnt having her men wait around all day! and "I called you yesterday!" I felt attacked. I NEVER speak to anyone disrespectfully. Fortunately, my son works nearby and was able to leave work. She was also rude to my son when she spoke to him over the phone. From the previous review, I am assuming this is the same person they complained about. It takes no more time to explain something to someone nicely than it does to be grumpy and rude. If not for her, I would have given the company a 5 Star review and recommended them to anyone else needing their car shipped. I suggest you send her to an anger management course or just a regular management course. There is never any excuse for rude or aggressive rhetoric with customers. It is bad for business! read more
