The perpetrator punched my brother and my brother ended up breaking his jaw and cracked a couple of his ribs. They ended up charging him with assault with GBI. I cannot thank Iron Bail Bonds enough for how they handled a very confusing and stressful…read moresituation. Last night, already stressed from what happened with someone in our community, I started looking into a bail bond for the first time by calling a well-known company, which quoted me 6%. I kept calling around and found another company at 5%, but their process was slow and clumsy. Then I came back to Iron. Diana originally quoted 8%, but she was so professional and responsive that when I told her what I had been offered elsewhere, she matched the 5% rate. Her communication over the phone, email (DocuSign), and text was far more competent and transparent than what I experienced with the other companies. The situation got even more confusing when the first bail company went ahead and posted the bond without clearly explaining it to me or securing a clean contract. Iron Bail Bonds could have easily said, "Too bad, you signed and paid," and kept my money. Instead, Walter, the agent who went to the jail a little after midnight, called me and said, "I'm sorry we don't know which company did this without your permission and contract. But we are a faith-based company, and our AR will refund you in the morning. Please take comfort in the fact that with the posted bail, the defendant will be released soon." And they actually did refund me in full. On top of that, the owner, Rene, personally texted me when I was overwhelmed by multiple missed collect calls from the jail. He gave me a direct number to check on the release status, patiently explained what was happening, and when he found out I am a minister of the Gospel helping a church member, he even offered to pray with me. That is not normal "business as usual" in this industry. In the end, our church member is back at home with the whole family. Looking back, if the other companies had been as competent and timely with DocuSign and communication as Iron, I might never have discovered how different Iron really is. Their staff are superb: professional, transparent, and faith-driven. They were willing to lose a sale rather than compromise their integrity. I highly recommend Iron Bail Bonds to anyone who wants both expertise and genuine character in a crisis.
