He claimed to have served my tenants for a small claims case. Took many emails and phone calls to get proof of service, lots of excuses. Finally got him to supply to the court. We go to court and the case is thrown out because he didnt serve them legally. He only left the summons on the doorstep after ringing the doorbell.
