Knowledgeable, straightforward, no overselling. It's a family business -- his father is the upholsterer -- and it shows in how they treat what you bring them. I didn't fully understand how damaged it was until I got it back. Now it feels the way it was supposed to feel. Solid. Sturdy. You can sit in it comfortably without holding your breath. First we meet in the office to go over colors and fabrics. David had incredible knowledge and great suggestions of what would fit with our space and accounted for our pets. We landed on a thus great blue color that wouldn't be harmed by cats and great at dealing with moisture. Then his people came to our home, quickly but carefully took all the chairs and bench and they were off. I had some damage to my Bradington Young couches (non-pet, 10 yrs. old) and contacted him to touch it up. My leather couches are a mix of several colors, but he did a swath of one color in a 12 x 14 area that didn't look good at all. Foolishly, I thought it would look better after it cured. It didn't. So, 2 months later I called the Rocklin franchise and he did do several colors to make it match and blend better. Important safety tip I learned after Folsom visit--tarp everything and turn off the ceiling fan. Air sprayers can leave a lot of colored dust.
