For one, everybody is really friendly, the security guard, the employees all have such a good vibe and they've been so helpful with explaining all their products. It's been a big help especially since I'm still technically new to weed or any sort of cannabis for that matter. Came here the other morning, it was one of the only shops in my area open at 8 am. Karen helped me out, her energy was super welcoming. They had no first time patient deals, kind of a bummer. They were also not carrying the specific brand I was looking for which was another bummer. They're also cash only. What made this whole trip worth it was the service for sure. I also called to ask about some brands and the gentleman who answered the phone was helpful and friendly. Staff is AMAZING! Management may need to do a bit better. Generally have a good experience but it's never fun to come somewhere that you order the same thing every single time, to be given the wrong item (was in a non clear package) I asked for a pod which for a eureka is pretty specific. Get ready for my flight in 2 hours and open the package just to find out I wasted $30 and going back to the same dispensary. And then having to buy a whole new battery is not fun so just came back to get what I actually needed. My husband and I have been coming here for years and have been loyal to this dispensary. Today my husband went into restock on a few things for me and was presented with a sale on STIIZY items. He brought them home as a surprise for me. He was unaware of the recent reports (June 2024) of toxic levels of pesticide that I've been found in the STIIZY Pink açai strain. I let him know immediately that we needed to return it because it is unsafe so he called them to make sure they would take it back before going in. They let him know all sales are final and that they will not take it back, even though it is toxic their customers and shouldn't have continued to be sold by the dispensary in the first place. We will never return after this experience. We've been loyal to this dispensary for over seven years. We are very disappointed that this is how they treat their loyal customers. read more

FTP went in got ripped off on 4/20/22 Drove up from the high desert because they were having 4/20/22 BOGO deals on nearly everything I wanted, had to wait till 30 min before closing to get a ride down to this shop and I went through and had great service (I originally thought!) and got 1 infused pre roll, 1 KANHA edible, 1 KAN*ADE, 1 EUREKA cart and 1-1/8th of SOURCE flower and I got 1 infused pre roll, 1 KANHA edible, 1 KAN*ADE, 1 EUREKA cart for $1 and was suppose to get 1-1/8th of SOURCE flower for $1 as well, however that one never made it to my MCHC bag (which could not be ziplocked closed with everything else and so I really thought all I ordered was inside that bag) and by the time I got back home and realized that one is no where in my car, or WCHC bag. I live over an hour away in no traffic, plus I don't drive, so I'm trying to call the shop this morning and alas, no one answers the phone and no other option but to write a review with one star... not sure if this is the experience for most, all or only 1 (me) other patients have this experience but I'm not happy with my one and only one time patronizing WCHC. I have been doing business with this place for a long time despite the lack of customer service. I purchased a plug n play cartridge from them that was defective. took it back and the manager verified that the cartridge was defective but refused to give me a refund or exchange the pod. Said i have to contact plug n play directly...So they get to keep my $50 and i get nothing. Long story short, they do not stand buy the products they sell. I honestly feel like these 5 stars have to be paid for. This second review might come back to bite me in the butt because I've already been banned from a shop for leaving a bad review. I opted to try one of their $35 1/8 and let me tell you it was NOTHING like the quality of their house weed that they used to sell at a cheaper price point. It tasted like a $20 1/8 that looked like a $35 1/8 but was probably only worth maybe $26.50. The bottom line is if you plan to spend $45+ for an 1/8 you will probably be happy with this place. I, unfortunately, come from a time when I had that quality for a cheaper price so it's hard for me to accept having to pay an extra $10-15 for the same product. I'm giving a 3 star now to give them a 2.5 avg because like I said you can still get decent weed it will just cost you and lots of people have a lot more money than I do so it might not be an issue for them. read more

Well, I've never had a ruder greeting at a dispensary. I stood at the glass for a moment waiting for scruffy the security guard to acknowledge me, finally he looks up at me and points to a sign taped to his glass cage that says a valid ID was needed. I hold my ID up to the glass and he just points at the slot on the counter. I drop it in, he looks at it, drops it back in the slot aaaannnd...nothing, he just sits there scowling at something in front of him, doesn't look at me or say anything. I think I hear a slight buzzing sound so I point at the door and ask do I go in? Scruffy nods. Wow! I'm used to places being pretty damn friendly and welcoming, this was a bit of a shock, I never usually write bad reviews but this pissed me off. 2 Stars because at least they had what I was looking for. While I really like the staff and product at this location, the security guard refuses to wear a mask, which isn't even legal at this time during the Omicron outbreak. He not only doesn't mask when he's at his station, but he wanders through the store without a mask, endangering everyone. When I asked the manager on duty about it, he didn't seem to care and pretty much blew me off. This store is my favorite local dispensary and it makes me sad that I can't go there for the time being as a result of one person not following their own rules. How can they let that go on? He should put his phone away when there is a customer. Don't expect any greeting or welcome either...the attitude sucks. They know that you're a repeat customer, yet treat you like dirt. I started coming here when I broke my back and hip. It didn't take long for me to find a strain that helps. I chose the plug n play...its great for physical pain and I recommend it. Be specific in your symptoms and goal desires from your use and they will provide optimal products that suit you. I never feel pressured to buy anything (one time I went in to ask about my battery) the product is always quality.
