She then came to my home promptly to measure for the shades. The day my shades arrived at her business she called to let me know and also notified her installer, Nate they were ready to be installed. He came the following day and put them all up perfectly. He explained to me how they work and answered any questions I had. All of the Hunter Douglas products have a lifetime warranty which is fantastic if there are any problems in the future with mechanical parts or blinds or shades themselves.
