I've been looking into rentals listings on Hotpads listed under West Coast Realty. They have Zero interest in renting out the properties listed. The properties have sat vacant for months and they have never reached out to respond back after several requests. Finally after calling them several times, I got someone to answer the phone; the person who answered said the property was rented. As of today two months later.. the property is still listed. I would Not recommend or trust this company with your properties, Property owners beware. read more

I purchased my first home from West Coast Realty through Veterans United. I was promised the remotes that were missing before the home closed (March 2024). That didn't happen... I was promised I would get them soon after and that didn't happen (April 2024). Then I was told they couldn't find them, and they would need to replace the ceiling fans. Cool! That did happen! It is now 9/29/24 and 3 of the 5 ceiling fans are still missing remotes. I was told by my realtor to just buy the universal remotes-which was concerning, but I did because it was getting HOT. When I realized that they required to be wired into the actual ceiling fans, I decided that West Coast Realty promised me the remotes (per contract) and I shouldn't have to pay an electrician to replace the remotes. I have played cat and mouse with this company through my realtor and no more! I will be reaching out to them myself and go from there. Yes, they are just remotes, but I should not have to pay $150 for 3 remotes and the other option $500.00 to replace and install ceiling fans. This company should be held accountable and cross the street (yes, they are literally across the street from me) and replace them as promised! If I could give below 1 star I would. We bought our house from them and it has been less than a month since moving in. The swamp cooler failed inspection and was required to be fixed for closing. They didn't want to fix it and said to use the home warranty and we refused. They had a bandaid fix done to a swamp cooler just enough to show it runs with a completely rusted out pan and broke seal. The cooler leaked into the guest bath and we now need new dry wall, insulation, and a swamp cooler. We've had to have the roof repaired and we haven't had any ac besides 2 portable units they dropped off as a temporary fix. The average temperature inside is 86 and it's been 100+ outside this week. They refuse to make appointments and make excuses for ghosting on days they say they're going to come. This has been going on for 2 weeks and it is not only the most cheap company to work with but the most unprofessional read more

After being disappointed that my previous realtor could not fill any of the units in my California City 4 unit building, I contracted with West coast realty to do property management and to list my property for sale. They had expressed shock that my units were not rented and assured me that they would be rented in 4 months based on their previous experience. I also told them that another reason I was leaving my previous real estate agent was that she would never return calls & that I expect to have my calls returned at the very least. After I signed the listing agreement & property management agreements, lo and behold, they were unable to rent any of the vacant units(as a matter of fact, I lost the remaining tenant) & shortly thereafter they stopped returning calls to me. I had to list the property as a short sale because values had decreased. They were completely incapable of initiating the short sale despite their representations that they were qualified. The owner Leland Krelle is very pompous & refused to take my calls asking for updates & refused to ask for assistance in getting the short sale started. This, after I had to contact the bank directly to get instructions on what to do, which I was willing to share with them. I had no choice but to fire them. If you have the misfortune of owning real estate in Cal City, stay away from these guys! read more
