That service was supposed to take 6-7 hours. I returned to the car wash after 6.5 hrs and they ONLY vacuumed and started working on the seats. ZERO work completed on the outside and interior windows weren't cleaned. The manager is incredibly bad at customer service and will go back on what he says. In fact, told me it was going to be zero charge but then charged me $40 for doing the seats. Held my car as hostage. I should have called the police. Anyway, just NEVER EVER EVER go to this place. It gets bad reviews for a reason.

They offer detailing at varying levels, from an $11 add on that takes care of vacuuming, door jambs, windows, and dash to a full out deluxe inside and out cleaning. Any car wash gets you the use of vacuums for free for as long as you need them - no need to rush and clean via timer because your $2 only lasts 4 minutes :). Closed when raining or it's imminent.

The car has driven over 150,000 miles without shedding its tire from the rim so they are just not willing to take accountability for this. Today was absolutely WILD!…read more I crashed the Member's Day party at Tommy's Express Car Wash, hilariously located at 301 next to Detweilers. The main event featured Cleetus McFarland's ridiculously cool race car and a FREE Walpow food truck, serving smash burgers, fries, and fried pickles galore. And because we're VIPs, we got free snow cones and swag to go with our smash burgers. Members went bananas spinning the wheel for free stuff. As a member, I upgraded to The WORKS wash package, which came with free towels and access to the carpet mat and molded mat washers - basically a spa day for my car. The vacuums were on steroids, sucking up dog hair like it was their job. The compressed air feature was pure genius, getting all the dirt out of the tiny crevices. Shoutout to Hannah and Daniel for being awesome attendants, and Marketing Director Mia for showing up to the party. The event was a blast, and kudos to Tommy's Express Car Wash for not having any, well, car wash drama.
