His crew totally messed up the repairs as they missed a lower cross brace that put everything out of sync. I had the car two days and had to bring it back. Fortunately, the new owner Adam had taken over by then and worked with me and the insurance company to get it repaired correctly. Adam figured out the problem(s) and now the car is perfect. Adam went above and beyond to find parts that couldn't be found and even helped get a rental car again after the Insurance company said no more.

They used a totally different white, they didn't connect wires back , blown taillight on a "new" taillight, they damaged my headliner also. They could care less about you or your car. It's basically a chop shop.

I called my detail guy at 8 a.m. this morning hoping that they could come out in detail my car…read moretoday. I thought it would be a fat chance because it was so last minute. I explained to the guy that I've been wanting to have my car detailed for a while but my schedule is really crazy and I never know what I'm doing from day-to-day lately. he asked me if he could call me right back after he tried to work some things out on his schedule. He called me back within 5 minutes and said he would be over within the hour to detail my car. The guy who arrived (Adam) was prompt and nice. He had all of the equipment needed to clean my car including the water! He detailed my car from top to bottom inside and out. He also used a clay bar and cleaned all door jambs, shampooed the carpet, clean all of the seats with leather cleaner and special moisturizer, detailed around all of the vents and even fixed a spot that was on my carpet. He charges less than a big car washes that detail and he will come directly to you. I'll never go to a big car wash chain again. This experience was great and allowed me to stay home to get some chores done. I will definitely have him back again in the future. My car looked brand-new when he was done with it and it is 2 years old!

Everything was great, I asked if that was conventional oil because I thought my car was conventional, they insisted no it was a synthetic blend. OK fine, that's not the most expensive. So I walk up to the counter and they say $130??? I about fell on the floor. Even though there is a sign saying conventional is $59, there's no sign saying how much synthetic blend or synthetic oil was. So,I rooted around on my phone for a bit and found a $26 coupon off and it ended up being $106. I have never, ever,... In my whole life Ive never, ever, paid over $100 for an oil change. That's just totally absurd. And while I live in Illinois I doubt any oil changes over $100 there, so I ended up taking it in the shorts, but I guess this is how it is, and this is my best rated Jiffy Lube down here that I had used or even looked at. I'm so glad I gave them another chance. Today I stopped by to see about having my brakes done and the Manager, Rich was so helpful! He offered to take a look just to see what I would need because I wasn't really sure. I fully expected to hear I'd need new brakes and whatever else could be sold to the girl who knows nothing about brakes...but, the opposite happened. Rich came in and showed me how much life I had left on my brakes and told me I could get them done but it wasn't necessary yet. I was so relieved and because of his honesty I will definitely go there when the time comes to have them done. Since I was due for an oil change they got me in and out in about 15 min and Fabian was really kind to me the entire time. I will recommend this location to my friends and family for sure. They assured me the man I had such a bad experience with on multiple occasions has since been let go.
