The seats were very comfortable and there was a complimentary charging station in the seats near the window. My tour group was small (10 people in total) and they are all friendly and nice! Now the major factor in the tour is the unpredictable weather of Scotland. In my tour, it rained most of the trip, but the driver Chris was very strategic and re-arranged the itinerary to ensure we had the best possible experience at every stop we made. He was also very knowledgeable and gave fun facts and history bits. He even drove safely and always stopped to let the sheep cross the road. Clean and tidy rooms, with the one I stayed in having a really big and comfy double bed and a decent shower. More than I can say for alot of hotels. Spacious room, with modern applicances that had a really grim view outside that looked like something from Resident Evil. The hallway smelled a bit like feet in some places which was upsetting and the lift was really really small. Doubt if you could fit two people in there with decent sized luggage to be fair. The keycard was also a bit temperamental. In sum, no hassles really. In and out. All you want.
