My original review was back in 2018 with my old Honda Civic. When they said the tint won't fade away, they were right. Purchased a RAV4 this year (2024), I immediately went to West Coast to complete the blacked out look. Check Groupon because they always have some kind of deal going. Just two pieces of advice: 1) They're not a $20 tint job. So if you looking for super cheap. Look away. If you're looking for a long lasting product, check them out. 2) If you have a car with multiple pillars (e.g like the RAV4 I just bought that has windows that don't roll down.), remember those count as separate windows. I know for the few years I lived in San Bernardino that the city gets a bad reputation. I think you could say this place is a hidden gem with it being at the corner of a little commercial building with a few food joints and small businesses. Would definitely come back out here to get another car tinted regardless of where I lived in SoCal. read more

The details I am going to share is all from your text messages that how discriminating they were. 1 - I purchased one deal from Groupon for my Mustang but this even doesn't work in first time bcuz your staff wanted to do back window only but no tint on the driver and passenger sides. So, I decided to pay for the Mustang windows tint and kept the Groupon deal for another car. 2 - I removed all the existing window tint except there was tint behind the brake light. I asked Vanessa if I could remove that tiny tape by my own (which turn into an argument) and requested to schedule me on Saturday, which she clearly denied. The Groupon expired bcuz of your staff. Whenever I called and asked an appointment for Friday they always said that we're not available and it continued for months. 3 - I had no issues paying fee for removal, and I just asked you if it's fair to pay after what I went through. Even, I mentioned that someone reported about your business on Better Business Bureau and your respond was "They were crazy too". so, anyone reports about your customer service is crazy in your opinion?? 4- Quoting your text message: "Maybe this works in India but NOT IN AMERICA!" Your only intentions were that I remove my Reviews from Yelp/Google, else you will be reaching out to your attorney. Threatening customers with this attitude is not acceptable in America or anywhere in the world. I HAVE ALL THE TEXT MESSAGES. 5- Earlier, you clearly texted me that "Do not reach out to us". But again, you called me on Friday 5/17 morning, I clearly told you over the phone that I don't want to talk right now and busy at work, but you kept calling for another 8-10 times until I blocked your number and then you left a text message with "PAKISTANI COWERED". If the business owner's attitude is like that with the customers, then anyone can imagine how your staff has been trained. read more
