Make sure you have an appointment for installation as the day I showed up, there were 8 people waiting outside before they opened up at 8:00am on a Friday morning. After check in, the staff was very friendly and nice. No sales pressure to upgrade your tint. I went with dark on back window, medium on all sides, Vortex film. Just waste of time I make appt with someone on Thursday for Saturday morning he agree for $800 everything I showed him all car pictures then I go Saturday there is another person make me wait for hour then said we don't know who make appt he give you cheap quote. Now I got car done from Ontario all window tint he did Crystalline for $700 thy charge for Crystalline$900 just go to Ontario they talk nicely take care customers. Please avoid this window tint people as much as possible. If there is 0 star option I will do that rater then I give them 1 star. read more

I have gotten my tint done here twice and it was great each time, most recently my car was broken into and I replaced the window a few days ago, needing to tint my one see through window. I'm only off one day a week (today) so I called to inquire about my warranty for my tint they didn't answer so I called again 10 minutes later and they picked up, the man said he would call me back soon with information on my warranty after I inquired about it. After 2 hours of not getting a call back I decided to call again, this time a different man answered the phone and informed me it would take atleast a month after I submit photos of my window to have my warranty considered, why do they need a picture of my clearly untinted window? I have no clue. I asked him to have the man I originally spoke to call me back when he was back from lunch, I never got a call back since then. It cost 60$ to get the single window re tinted and that seems like a much better option considering I live an hour away so I can either spend a tank of gas to drive there and back and get photos taken and come back a month or so later or pay 60$ to get it over with. I'm pretty disappointed in this customer service and the lack of communication. read more

Very professional, Honest and friendly. My cars protective film was damaged using valet. Valet also used a thick sticky adhesive on front windshield tint which I thought was a scratch. Tint city Was kind of enough to remove adhesive using heat gun at no cost. Quoted me a very fair price to replace protective film. Save yourself the time & don't go here!They will quote you a great price, but once you get there to chose your tint for that great price it's either limo tint or then u get to chose from 2 or 3 other shades that are lighter then your back seats standard tint. So then when you realize that that won't work for what you had in mind, then you have to choose a more expensive tint, which I may have been interested in doing if the store manager, Ralph, was more personable or had an least a drop of customer service. Which he did not! He was rude, pushy & I got a bad vibe. So I walked out. And I'm glad i did!! If I am going to leave my car somewhere I have to trust the people who will have it.
