That ended up being a really bad experience because of two key issues... 1) a long wait time with other patients getting preference over myself and 2) even though the doctor assigned to me was quite cordial he used brute force during my adjustment like I had never experienced before. I walked out knowing I needed to find a better one. Fortunately, that lead me to Dr. Sean Lotterer at New Life Health Center. I got prompt attention at the front desk and before the adjustment he did an extensive evaluation of what I needed including X-Rays of my spine. I learned that my previous diagnosis of bulging discs was getting worse. No wonder I was feeling the pain and having headaches nearly every day. Being an experienced patient whom had received care from numerous chiropractors over the years I could tell that Sean knew his stuff. He did all the customary adjustments but added some that I had received in the distant past that were quite helpful. I walked out knowing that I finally found a chiropractor that I could trust. I have been back twice a week for over a month now and I am feeling great. I'm learning various stretches and yoga techniques that I hadn't been exposed to and they seem to help as well. My son has been waiting for 3 months for a significant amount this clinic owes him because all his appointments were fully covered and paid by my son's insurance and they overcharged him by making him pay full fees for his visits as well. I have walked into the office and talked to the billing lady and showed her EOB's that show the appointments were paid in full by my son's insurance. We are still awaiting a refund. Good medical care should be accompanied by ethical and transparent billing practices. Unfortunately, our experience with the financial side of this practice has been very disappointing and frustrating. I would encourage everyone to carefully review their billing statements and insurance explanations of benefits so that this office doesn't over charge you. Getting paid double by patients and insurance is highly unethical.

To set the stage - I've now been to Dr Seebacher 3 times…read more I started going to see Dr Seebacher about 2 weeks ago for extreme spasms in my lower back early mornings, so powerful they put me on the floor and almost screaming in pain. On my first visit, Cynthia found the problem in my lower back and then proceed to discover a MAJOR issue that I've had in my neck for about 5 years. She also identified yet another issue in the upper middle of my back that just bothered me once in awhile. (These issues I knew where there but DID NOT tell the doctor about them) With my neck issue, I haven't been able to look over my shoulder for a number of years, each fall, the neck would flare up and be just incredibly painful. About 3 years ago I went to a different doctor for the neck - I'd go into his office in pain, and come out of his office in more pain then I went in with. I told Dr Seebacher about this experience and she said to me, "If this ever happens here, tell me, because I won't let you leave until we get it fixed!" Not this time! Dr Seebacher, using a combination of her massage therapy skills and chiropractic skills took on my lower back spasms and got them under control and getting better by the day, but she also FIXED MY NECK IN THE VERY FIRST VISIT!!!! I can now actually look behind me on both sides and without any pain whatsoever! On the second visit, I had, at her recommendation, a full deep tissue body massage which took about an hour. That afternoon I walked out of her office feeling like a bowl of jelly and the next morning, the alarm clock woke me up! At 63, that hasn't happened for a long time - just wow what a great night sleep! One other thing that probably a lot of folks are concerned about, I've also talked to Dr Seebacher about the financial end of this and she's very open to watching out for this and our insurance and working with me on scheduling going forward.
