This was a really fun class! I went to a barre3 class with Lauren today. I was definitely…read morechallenged throughout the work out! I really like that the instructor gave modification and challenge options as we went through the poses and workouts. This was different than other barre classes that I've been to - rather than focus on arms and move on, we did arms but then some options in the other poses/circuits later on also included arms. My muscles were definitely fatigued but that's what we were going for! I still liked it though! If you're new to barre and considering this class it's definitely worth a try! The workouts don't look as tough as they are but you'll feel the burn shortly after you've just started pulsing! I think what I like most about barre in general is that it's low impact - this class definitely stayed true to that but I still had a little sweat going on as I went through the poses. Your muscles will shake but that's good and you know that it's working! When I walked in, the receptionist was polite and cheerful and made it a point to introduce me to the instructor because it was my first. I really liked that - then the instructor knew to keep an eye on me if I was struggling and she knew my name (love it when they let you and the whole class know you're doing a great job). The studio was super clean and it looked they had a childcare option so you don't have to schedule around a babysitter to get your workout in! Also the studio has big windows that overlook the parking lot. The sunlight was really nice as we were working out. So glad a barre studio is finally in the Lehigh Valley!

I didn't think such friendly establishments existed anymore until I went here. When I went to my first class (which is free!) they took extra special care of me, making sure I had everything I needed and even set up my spot in the workout room. Upon leaving, they gave me a hand written card with epsom salts to soak in if I was sore. I thought maybe that was just how they acted since I was new, but no. I have been back 4 more times since, and each time the instructor takes time to introduce themselves to me with a smile. It is such a great environment to workout in. It is clean, and the overall Barre3 experience is a must if you have a busy day job like me. When I leave, my whole overall being is in a much better state. I get excited knowing I am going to Barre3 after work. I feel very welcomed at this location, and you can tell everyone who works there cares about you!

I have taken classes with about 4 different instructors and each one is very good. They help you if needed without making one feel self-conscious or uncomfortable. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and informative yoga (and other classes) check out Living Room Yoga. Over the years I have taken yoga at various places, and here definitely offers many good varieties of classes, time schedules and payment plans. I am very happy I found a place where I can feel comfortable yet get a good yoga practice at whatever level I want it to be. Many thanks to Tamantha, Robin, Mary, and Mercedes for making the classes I have taken to date so enjoyable. Pat P.

It was literally my first class here and I wasn't even there 5 mins before I walked out. As a yoga instructor how you can possibly think it's ok to do that to someone is beyond me. That is not the type of mentality I'm looking for in a yoga studio and should never be promoted. Updating to add that Ali just called me to explain herself and the type of yoga this studio practices. She called it "militant" and stood by her actions in calling me out during class. I'm disappointed this isn't the studio for me and want to make sure others don't experience this type of trauma in their yoga practice if this isn't their style of practice. It's quite devastating.

We attend yoga for positive vibes and peace, but from the second I've stepped into Yoga Hut until know I've gotten chaos and and aggressiveness. In my honest opinion, you should avoid giving this establishment business if it were up to me.
