I often call in advance, to make sure I can get what I need, and it is easy to get a hold of a representative over the phone as well. The inside of this location is nice and quiet, and professional. There are bathrooms, which are kept clean. Overall, I've had a great experience banking here, and have you even found the best rate for my mortgage a few years ago! From promised call backs never received to fees upon fees and lack of assistance across many situations, these guys have been a dissapointment to say the least. An attitude goes a long way and the tellers and bankers at this branch were only cordial on the day I opened my account. US bank at Bakers on Galvin are much more sociable and positive. Easy to talk to. At Fort Crook it's like everyone is in a bad mood, unwilling to help with a problem. Most importantly when there was a mess up with my check from Work, they took my paycheck out of my account, and added over 100 dollars in fees, even though the error happened somewhere on the bank's side. Left me with a negative balance for about a month for a simple clerical error and added insult to injury by trying to get more money out of me with various overdraft and returned check fees. I was livid with them. I was also told only the branch I opened my account at could wave my fees , leaving me to be helped only by a staff I long have felt is unwilling to help me. They've lied to me multiple times, saying they could only wave a certain type of fee one time, but then later going against their own stated policy and waving said fees. Obvious fear mongering to get you to not ask a second time. Someone less demanding than me would not have received their money back after these ridiculous fees.

One teller told me "you're always in the hole" What? But SAC gets their $35 overdraft fee even if your ten cents over.

I got an auto loan from Veridian through a dealership last October and everything has been a…read morecluster. I genuinely have no idea how much I owe or how much I've paid, I've signed 3 different contracts because "we've made slight changes to verbiage" - I got a whole lawyer to help me navigate a loan. This is insane and it's incredibly difficult to pay them, not because I can't afford payments but because nobody in this entire establishment seems to know what's going on with my account. There is ZERO consistency through reps and customer service. The amount of mistakes that have been made is gross and negligent. My account has been so screwed up from beginning to end that nobody even knows how much my payments are supposed to be. My down payment was initially added, not subtracted. New contracts because "typos". "We shouldn't have sent that contract". Wrong payment amount. "It was in the notes, sorry", "that's not where it's supposed to be", it's all bad and it's something different every time. Due to all the problems I had with Veridian and some unfortunate personal circumstances I relinquished the car to just be done, sold it back to the dealership and I MADE VERIDIAN AWARE before I did anything and they signed off on it the same day - they still applied the dealer check as a payment on the vehicle and the lady on the phone said "you don't owe until 2027" when I called in to make my payment. They fixed that but she then informed me that I would be listed as delinquent on my credit report even though I was within the pay period and was literally calling to make a payment. This entire experience has been stressful, has DESTROYED my credit and the whole thing feels very predatory. This is not my first loan, this is not my first car, this is not the first time I've worked with a bank however this IS the absolute worst experience I've had with any financial institution. I have never one time needed a lawyer to help me navigate my loan until now. Nobody knows what's going on and it's shocking that my account has known issues and still every month when I call I'm just told it has issues. I know that but why is nobody fixing it? I've had better experiences with "fast cash" loan sharks. I would rather eat a Jean jacket than sign even one more document because it had a typo.
