Years ago, when I first started going to the office at 1591 Boston Post Rd in Guilford (which is now PACT) the office was a bit on the smaller IMO. Just a few years ago - 2 years 2 months to be exact, I made my way back to PACT. The primary care provider that I had decided to move onto another career. That being said, I started to search for another doctor. Lo and behold, after hearing so many incredible things about PACT, I made the decision to call and establish care there. A few familiar faces were in this organization. They were there when it was Pro Health Physicians of CT (name of office before PACT). Mind you, I do not just choose a physician right away. Reading reviews helps me best determine who would be the right individual to help me with my health. I started looking at the physicians who are part of PACT. All of which have good reviews. One that stood out the most would be an APRN. Of course, I took my time reading reviews and testimonials about this person. It did not take me that long to see if this individual was accepting new patients or not. I called the office and they answered all and any questions I had. In the summer of 2023, I started making my way to PACT in Guilford. Guess what? I have ZERO regrets doing just that. My PCP has seen me at my worse, best, and in between. Not only professional is this person professional, he takes the time to listen (does NOT rush), he cares, and ensures that the best care is given. No pressure whatsoever, just wants the best for me. PCP's are dismissive and some of the specialists refuse to do additional testing to get any real diagnosis. Dermatology, OBGYN, Ophthalmology, and PT are all awesome. Pharmacy employees are great. Internal medicine, not so much. Often degrading, condescending, and dismissive. Also, what is the point of EPIC if not all of your medical team is bothering to use it to come to some conclusion about what might be going on with ones health. Left hand ignores the right and so on. Wait times for appointments can be several weeks.

When I got home I called 911 they took all my vitals everything was normal when I got to Milford hospital it was a zoo in there. There was no place to put my stretcher so they had to put me in a wheelchair and sent me in the emergency waiting room with everyone else. I was there for over 4 hours and I left. I will never go back to this urgent Care they are getting very sloppy.

All I needed was an EKG and results sent to my doctors office for comparison. The walk-in charged me $336 and my out of pocket was $238. Never again will I go to or suggest to anyone to use this place.
