This review is premature, but felt like I would share my experience thus far and then update with another review after we receive her. John has been wonderful in helping us in this process, as this is our first puppy as a family. He is very responsive and would call back anytime that I left a message. Initially I was incredibly apprehensive in deciding to buy a puppy online (we found him through Lancasterpuppies.com) but after drilling him with my incredibly long list of Google questions lol, I began to feel at ease! I asked for a reference from one of his previous sales and I was able to chat with a very kind woman who shared her experience with me, she was awesome! Everything she mentioned was previously noted in the conversation I had with John before calling her. Moving foward, I spoke with him and thanked him for his reference as she was a major catalyst in my process of moving forward. I would also like to note that John takes really good care of his puppies and is well informed in what it takes to maintain a healthy puppy. Whatever questions I had he was able to inform me of how to take care of my new pup. We will be meeting her at the end of this month and will begin a wonderful journey with our little fur baby. Hoping this message makes you feel more comfortable in moving forward with getting a puppy from him. He also has other breeds of dogs: Miniature Bernedoodles, Teddy Bears, Labradoodle Sires, Sheepadoodles, I'm getting a Yorkipoo, and he has other breeds as well that his brothers also share in caring for. Update Feb 26th: We received Mia on Feb 2 and have been soo excited to have her as a part of our family! When she arrived, I thought she would be nervous or maybe even a little uncomfortable, but she literally came straight in with great energy! We were all welcomed with lots of kisses from her and a tail that displayed even more excitement. I may be bias, but she's literally the best dog ever. She started going potty on command or on her own (on puppy pads) within 2 weeks of having her. She learned how to fetch that same week and listens when asked to stop or if we say no. She's incredibly smart for her age and I will say that I believe the Hoover Brothers definitely take great care of their puppies! For her to arrive with such joy, I felt like that love was a reflection of how she was treated and I'm so thankful that John was there to help me find our little fur baby! I couldn't be happier with their services and with Mia! New pic will be attached as well!

Diego's paper work was hand written by Denise of Graceful Havanese. Needless to say he's still my best buddy and has had perfect health although his age is catching up to him. I tell anyone who asks me about this breeder because my Havanese has been the perfect dog from being easy to train, to the most loving little guy you ever would meet. Needless to say, these people are amazing. Before I got my puppy from this beautiful place, I have only had rescue animals, so I was highly concerned because I was clueless about what to look for, either good or bad or anything. So I went to google for other people's advice. The biggest factors that came up were 1. Go to where the puppies are being raised to see them in person 2. See if mom and dad are on sight 3. Make sure it's clean, safe, and that it isn't overrun with dogs 4. Look and truly see if the dogs are healthy 5. You are shopping for a breeder, not a puppy 6. Trust your gut When we went here, all of these check marks were met. The farm was beautiful beyond belief, there were a lot of dogs, but they were all so happy and sweet! Upon further conversation, half of them were rescues or just pets in general, which made me even more happy. We got in to see the puppies, and my heart melted. They were all so sweet, fluffy, cuddly, extremely well socialized, and just so happy! There were three litters at the time, one 7 weeks old Great Pyre and Newfie cross, one 12 weeks old Newfie and Komondor cross, and one roughly 3 weeks old pure Newfie litter, and all of them had their Momma's with them, in clean housing, lots of fresh water, and plenty of food available. We had found the perfect breeder for us. When we decided on a puppy, we paid a deposit, and we even were able to arrange a meeting place half an hour from our house on the day she turned 8 weeks old! Ever since, my little puppy has been a dream. She's smart, adventurous, gentle, cuddly, and loves people. Her full name is Lady Sassy Golightly, Sassy for short, and she has just become my world. There isn't a single negative thing to say about these people - they truly love having puppies and making sure that all of them go to great homes.

I was very nervous about having a 8 week old puppy flown in 110 degree weather so she had someone drive him. When he arrived their car wreaked of cigarette smoke. The poor puppy felt skinny and I immediately fed him. He is cute, but has had the runs since I got him. Fast forward three weeks later I take him to the vet and he has Giardia. Now the paperwork her vet sent said he had it and was treated which is bullshit! Its a two week treatment according to my vet, which I am still giving him to this day. I emailed her that it cost me 217.00 for the visit and meds (she asked what kind the Dr gave him) I never heard back from her. The puppy is smart, and my other dog plays with him a lot, which is why I got him. I spent a lot of my hard earned money and didn't deserve a sick puppy! Doing more research, she breeds many different kinds of dogs. I am saddened it will cost even more to get him completely healthy. I have owned three Westie's throughput my life, without any problems.
