I called West LA bins at 6:30p Friday night and they delivered a 3 yd dumpster the next day, Saturday 12:30p within their quoted delivery window (between 11 and 12:30). Their fees were all inclusive which includes delivery and pickup, dumpster rental, dump fees. Such a great value!!! The dumpster was clean and smelled great, which made it easy to work with. The bins team rolled the dumpster to the end of my small driveway. The dumpster was just the right size for my needs, and it was filled to the max level. I was finally able to get rid of things that just were too bulky for my LADWP bins. Scheduled pick up for Sunday and my patio is almost ready for entertaining again. I only wish I called them sooner. Thanks, West LA bins! Will call you again soon! read more

I highly recommend West LA Bins! After I saw all of their amazing reviews on yelp, I decided to give them a call. The customer service I received from Vanessa who answered the phone was truly exceptional. She was professional and helpful. She sent me pictures so I knew exactly what type of bin I would need. I was surprised that I was actually able to speak to a person late in the evening. What blew me away was when Vanessa said she could deliver the bin to me that same night! I was able to get an 11 foot bin at an amazing price. West LA Bins provided me with the invoice, the ability to make a payment, and then gave me a receipt all from the convenience of my cell phone. When the bin was full, they came to empty it and bring me another 11 foot bin in approximately 35 minutes. I will definitely use them again because of their clean bins, fast service, and great prices! read more

Used them about 5 months ago and honestly everything went perfect my bin was dropped off in the area requested and I had a whole week to load it and when my week was up I was even given a call to see if I needed it longer or was the next day good for the pick up. So with a necessary permit from the city is was $114.00 plus $214.00 rental, over 100 bucks more than: Hussle. City trash also have a limit of 300 lbs. per dumpster-(we had more than pillows, Cotton Candy and lace). Hussle upwards of 900 lbs. So the best rated, that gave me specific details, responded quickly was "Hussle." The workers are busy, diligent, and drive a wide region. I rented the dumpster for 250 with the tip in that-2026-for an entire week. Our garage door is being installed tomorrow, so preparing the garage and purging every bag, every bachelor sock, and old clothing junk pile took me several hours working alone. Mine had a lid on each side at the end of each day I'd close the lids. I worked at a slow pace for small increments of time. I was very careful to take all flat things and to flatten things as much as possible put them in the beginning or together later, which afforded me lots of room overall in the process, kind of like a tetris trash game-utilize your space smart like an astronaut not a careless pirate. The guys were about there business but also average guys that can relate and answer any concerns. I got quotes as high as $1,450, most were for $650-instead paid under $300.00. Humble, hardworking, genuine, and good communicaters via text. Why pay Disney prices, when you can get down to earth workers, who don't mind working hard at Knott's Berry farm prices. They also emphasized their insurance and worker's comp coverage in a way that felt more like setting expectations for potential issues than providing reassurance. From the start, Hustle Hard Movers took a different approach. They were confident, straightforward, and explained that they've handled many similar sofas and could easily disassemble it for removal. Their confidence immediately put me at ease. Michael and his associate arrived about 30 minutes after the scheduled time, but once they got started, they worked incredibly efficiently. They quickly removed the top section of the sofa and had everything out within 15 minutes. It was honestly impressive how easy they made it look. I even commented that they made light work of something I expected to be a major hassle. Because of their speed and professionalism, I happily gave them a $25 tip, considering their competitor tried charging $275 Overall, I highly recommend Michael and Hustle Hard Moving and Junk removal. The customer looked a little caught off guard and replied that she was just browsing before continuing to look around. It was a bit of an odd moment, but when that same employee ended up checking us out, everything went smoothly and we had no issues. When I was done, I texted her and she even offered to take the dumpster away on the weekend.
