Bargain Dumpster is really a good company with helpful and friendly staff. We hired a dumpster from them last Fall. The dumpster was dropped off on time on a Monday and carefully placed on our driveway exactly where we wanted it. We had it picked up on Monday the following week and they made the effort to come early as we were concerned about it getting wet and heavier. We will definitively use this company again. I wish I could rated zero stars, I ordered pickup 5 days ago and there is no clue what's happening. The dumpster is still blocking my driveway and I called and email them several times with the same rhetoric that they apologize and working on it. We had scheduled a 30-yard dumpster for our business to be delivered on a Thursday. When it wasn't delivered, I called on Friday and was told I would "receive a call within 5 minutes to find out what happened". Never heard from anyone. I then called the following Monday and they were "looking into it". I called on Tuesday to cancel the dumpster and request a refund. The little snot who answered argued with me saying that when they showed up, they were turned away. We were there all day and no one "turned them away". She was rude and needs a lesson in customer service. We will never call them again. read more

This company is either scamming its customers or complicit in fraudulent behavior of the landfills they work with to dispose of the material they pick up. They have charged me a bunch of additional charges for inaccurate and bogus fees. This company charges weight overage fees for their dumpsters and per item flat rate fees for certain items like mattresses and tires; which is understood and stated in their policy. This is my second rental from this company, both rentals were 20 cubic yard dumpsters. With their 20 cubic yard dumpsters they allocate 2 tons of material included; anything over that and they charge per ton over. My first rental, last year, was regular construction debris and I filled the thing up to the brim...under 2 tons final weight. This time around, I was disposing of the same type of construction material (2x4s, plywood, glass, sheetrock, shower tile.). There was probably about 2 or 3 cubic yards of unused space left in the front of the dumpster. However, this time they have charged me for items that were not in my dumpster (I hand loaded the dumpster myself over 2 days with construction materials and have a list of everything that was disposed). I also inspected the dumpster before pickup to make sure no one illegally dumped materials in my dumpster.They are now trying to charge me for 6 tons, and again, 3 tires that were not in the dumpster. With the same type of material, and actually less volume this last time around, I do not understand how they think it is realistic that the weight can go from 4,000 lbs (or less) to 12,000 lbs. Another red flag is they are stating the dumpster weighed exactly 12,000 lbs. Upon reaching out to the company multiple times they continue to change their story about when items like tires are removed from the dumpster for itemized charging. When I asked why they took a photo of the tires by themselves and not with any of my other contents visible in the photo, the support rep said tires get removed before they go to the landfill; meaning most likely, the tires would have had to be on the surface or at least exposed at pickup. She then went on to say they pay the landfill $25/tire (which they then charge customers $50/tire) minutes later she said the landfill charges them by weight for the tires. On top of all this, they were 4 days late to picking up the dumpster per prior scheduling which made me eligible to get fined by the city. My conversations with them have left me highly suspicious with how they are documenting weight and items picked up. Somehow they got someone else's dumpster mixed up with my account, or they were intentional with the inaccurate weight and items within my dumpster. Either way, they are not willing to help resolve this and are charging me just shy of $700 in ADDITIONAL fees on a $500 initial rental. Never renting from them again. read more

We found this company through Google search. This is a shady company. The employee is lying about the delivery and pickup dates. Some states, for example CA, requires the dumpster be delivered after trash day and picked up before next trash day. The employee intentionally put wrong date so the rental period is shorted. We rented for a week. Our trash day is Friday. On Wednesday, we called them and were told we will get the dumpster on Monday. But the employee intentionally put Thursday as the trash day so the dumpster was pulled away Wednesday morning @8am. We paid 7 days and only used the dumpster for two full days. read more

We rented a large dumpster from Bargain Dumpster a couple of weeks ago and we had a great experience so far. The company representative Krista at Bargain Dumpster was very helpful. When they didn't have the dumpster size I was looking for, Krista managed to get me a larger dumpster for the same price. We had some questions and Krista was always there to talk to us. When we needed to reschedule the delivery date, Krista made sure our order was updated. Our dumpster arrived and removed quickly as scheduled. BargainDumpster is a terrible Company NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! They will lie to you about the delivery date then lie about the weight of the dumpster when they pick it up. There are complaints all over the internet about this company. The girl Kristen who answers the phone is rude and very unprofessional . All of the complaints are about the same things all over the country. They are being investigated by several agencies for fraud and deceptive practices. read more

Nope nope nope. Run away. My husband called and scheduled a dumpster, and gave them our credit card info. They emailed me a CC form to sign, authorizing charges for a long list of fees. There is an additional fee for EVERYTHING, including cancelling once you have provided your cc number. They run your card right away. So even though I cancelled 30 min after being scared off by all the fees, I was still changed $50, yes, FIFTY dollars for cancelling. Their initial price sounds great, but I can assure you, you WILL rack up additional fees. read more

If I could give them negative zero stars, I would. They scheduled delivery for Friday before 5 pm. It is 6:30 pm and no dumpster. Their "office" closed at 5, so we have no choice but to wait until Monday to find out who messed up. So we have our other equipment paid for, but we can't do anything because they couldn't fulfill their contract. Inconvenient is an understatement. Furious is an understatement. We found this company through google search. They quoted us a price based off of the description of the materials that we were putting into it. I was initially happy with the price and budgeted for it then 2 weeks later this company withdraws another $522 dollars from my checking account without notifying me. Now this company is more expensive then if we would have gone with another dumpster rental! Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and rude and were not willing to work with us. They basically gave us the runaround and hung up on us 2 times because "it was time for them to go home" and "they didn't want to deal with this anymore" If you want fair dumpster rental DONOT go with this company. They turned out to not be anything like what their website says. They may be affordable up front but ultimately will price gouge you on the backside. read more

This company is so un professional, I suggest you pay a bit more and actually get the service you pay for. They were to drop off the dumpster at our job site and failed to do so. We were not able to speak to someone with the company till 2 days later. They gave us the run around about why it was not delivered, finally they stated it was do to a truck breaking down. I asked why we were not atleast notified about the delay or that nothing was going to arrive and no answer was given. We gave them a second chance, but the company once again failed to deliver the dumpster to our job site and also failed to call us. When I called the company they said that it showed in the system that it was delivered. I was on the phone with them all morning she finally said that she did not know what happened or why the dumpster did not make it but she stated that a driver went home early that day, like if it was an acceptable excuse. After 3 days of delays caused by this company we told them to give us a refund since they broke our contract. I would never contract this company again please save your selfs the headache of dealing with such an unprofessional company that does not have an idea of what good business is. read more
