I have never received such prompt responses from any business and the whole transaction was simple and speedy--and all done over yelp chat so that was great too! We spoke to Ari and he was amazing! After getting the quote, we decided a week later to have the dumpster delivered to our house and they were more than happy to help us out. Delivery was simple and the dumpster was easily rolled up onto our driveway, and it was nice and clean too! Of course, COVID precautions were taken with masks and socially distant interactions. We paid for the dumpster upfront which came out to around 200 dollars for a one week rental. For pickup, all we had to do was text Ari and leave the dumpster by the curb. There's a 10.25% fuel surcharge masquerading as a sales tax, there's a $75/ton over weight fee for hauls over one ton, and additional pick up fee if they're unable to pick up your load street side because you have the space available Saturday but they do pick-ups week days only. We recently bought a house and have been doing extensive rework because of a bad flip job. (a bad flip job in Los Angeles? imagine that!).
