One time I didn't have time to make the 1.5+ hour RT trek and tried someone else at a farmers market that not only charged more but my knives were blunt barely 2 months later. The guy that sharpens the knives is really motivated, young, and takes this very seriously. My conversation with him felt like I was talking to a blacksmith or someone that taught a university class about precious metals. Anyway, he did an amazing job and I've definitely going back to him. One of the really good things I liked was that he asked me a lot of questions and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied when I got the knives.
