But I still wanted to get the original one repaired. Took it to Indy Prop Shop and Scott Clayton, the owner said he could fix it and went to see if he had the part. Yes, he did and he fixed it while I waited. $10.00. If you have a damaged prop, don't do anything until you check with Scott!

They got them looking and working new. Take them every a couple of years for tune up. Boat runs like a champ.

The problem with the titles was 100% my problem/mistake and I felt terrible about it. It was in no way the fault of R&S and I told R&S that they should share with the customer that this was totally my mistake and that I was very sorry that it happened. Simply stated, I had misfiled the original titles for both the boat and trailer. When we were looking to trade them in, I requested duplicate/replacement titles from the BMV. Shortly after receiving the new titles, I of course located the originals (Murphy's law) and intended to shred the old and keep the new. Instead, I accidentally signed off the old titles to R&S at the time of the trade-in. R&S had no reason to question anything at all. Of course, my mistake would then be identified at the BMV during the title work. I felt terrible about my mistake, but luckily, I had not yet shredded the duplicate titles and was able to get them to R&S within a couple of days. We have been dealing with R&S Boats now for 10 years for boat and accessory purchases, as well as services, and highly recommend them! We have been treated fairly and professionally and have recommended them to others who have also had good experiences. Sandra, Randy, and the entire R&S team keep up the excellent work!!!

One other thing that we thought was strange is that when we purchased the boat it had life vests and guide rods on trailer, but when we picked up the boat, both of items were removed. Anyhow, Probably not a good time for us to buy a boat on 4th of the July weekend with everybody so busy. Howevwrwould recommend R&S Boat to others.

We were able to get them unlocked and limp the boat to the boat dock to unload the boat. I called Sherm's and explained our situation to them and they said to bring it on over. They were wonderful to fit us in and fix the problem. They even told me to leave the trailer there and go enjoy the afternoon boating with my family like we had all planned. Action has had my lift cylinders for my Mastercraft boat life since last October and after…read moreattempting to install the lift last Tuesday May 18th and realizing the cylinders weren't repaired, we are now, 10 days later just before a holiday weekend, being notified we need new cylinders and maybe we can find a pair. This is unacceptable and below the credibility and reputation of Action Water Sports. The fact that Action didn't check the cylinders before my scheduled day of install is unprofessional. They also found a crack in a cross member of the lift and said to us "oh yeah, I think I remember that last year and didn't tell you." So we scrambled to find a portable welding service that day to weld the cross member to then find out about the cylinders leaking. There are no words on how disappointing we are in the quality of work performed from Action.
