Let me just say that customer service at the level that they provide is very rare today. There was a bit of miscommunication on one of the features on the trailer I was looking at and when I came to pick it up was disappointed to see the trailer didn't have what I was expecting. Steve was extremely apologetic, had the feature added to the trailer and delivered it to my house 2 hours away the following week. He could have very easily told me "oh well" but did the complete opposite. He was exactly what I look for in a dealership. I will definitely recommend him to any friends looking for a trailer and will make sure that if I find myself in the market for another trailer will make sure to head to Trailers Midwest!!

The carelessness of the manufacturing process was abysmal . The SHODDY WORK , BY PACE AMERICAN consisted of, windows being installed half way into the side , and misaligned . The wrong ceiling fan being installed, the unfinished undercoating , and a few other items which had to be repaired by the excellent company from whom I purchased the trailer, MAIN TRAILER SALES Seymour IN. This trailer was ordered for an 85 year old naval veteran in order to be able to take him traveling , while he can still remember the trips, as he is suffering from Alzheimer's and Dementia. The sadly amazing part of this purchase is that there were NUMEROUS phone calls made to the company representative prior to the trailer build. One would think they would have ensured a well put together trailer , as there were no excessive time lines placed on them to complete the build. I have been advised that this company allots a certain amount of time for trailers to be built. If the trailer is completed properly , or IMPROPERLY (as was mine) it is shipped out to the company who made the sale and they are tasked with repairing/ replacing any problems , which were known BY PACE AMERICAN when the trailer was shipped I will end by stating........ DO NOT BUY A TRAILER FROM PACE! I will tell everyone who asks about this trailer ( so far it has been quite a few , and will be more, as I ride motorcycles, and camp and both activities place me around numerous persons interested in buying trailers) If you are in the market for a GOOD QUALITY trailer....
