I never felt pushed to spend more then I was comfortable with. I never felt like they didn't care and it was just a business. I always had them listen to what I wanted to have done. They made my experience easier and less stressful at a stressful time. Chris did an excellent job and was knowledgeable about what I needed to know and have done. Colleen did the memorial speech and did an excellent job about talking about someone that she never met. They had me pick my own music which I appreciated, I liked picking out music that meant something to me and my loved one. All in all I was very pleased with how everything went. I felt like my loved one was treated with respect and dignity. We used Wilson for my father as well and were pleased then so we came back and I am happy we did.
