We needed to make a claim, as a child in my daycare was hurt due to the flooring install, and instead of providing that information, instead Susan responds with "Scott told me not to send you over anything" This is so he can't get sued, and this company apparently thinks that is A-OK for a 2 year old child to get stiches, and to cover it up. BTW DO NOT USE OPTIMUM Flooring. He will come in do the job, leave, take ur money and then blame issues on the flooring itself. Good Luck getting anywhere with any of these two companies. I have called them countless times to regain access and each time , they refuse. I have told employees that we have a court order, a restraining order that does not allow to remove or restrict our joint bank account. They still refused to help with this matter even after I offered them a copy of the order. Mind you my EXs mother works at this branch. I have court orders to pay off all these loans and I am being denied the ability to do so. Also, if they aren't paid, a delinquent payment will go in my credit. Not to mention this is still my account.
