Eventually we agreed on a low mileage Dodge at a fair price, and the deal was made. VAN LIFERS AVOID I…read morecalled a week and a half in advance to inform the shop of what parts I needed, and what was getting serviced on the van. When I brought my van in, the back doors would close reliably, just not seal 100%. The slider door was held closed by a ratchet strap. I wanted both doors serviced. Three days passed with no communication from the shop... I had informed them that it was really important to have my van completed by Friday, because I needed to leave Saturday for a three month work trip. I picked up my van Friday knowing that there was an issue ordering parts, and the parts for the slider door would come on Monday, too late to be fixed. I thought the back door would be fully serviced like I asked... Unfortunately when driving home, the rear door flew open at 55mph. They did not service the back door, and in fact, it is in significantly worse shape than when I brought the van in. Now the rear doors won't latch on their own, and both my slider and back doors are being held in by ratchet straps. Yeah just really disappointed overall, they broke my van worse than it already was and kept my van for four days. They did me dirty for sure!!!

They keep you informed every step of the way and are always kind and friendly. I have taken my vehicle back to them again and have had the same great service.
