I was called and told what the issue with my vehicle was and what the cost was going to be and ...would I like for them to continue and repair/replace? My boyfriend had them look at his car for some mileage issues he was having. They didn't find anything wrong with it, so they didn't charge him. Not even for the time spent looking at it. They'll give you a free ride to work or pick up up when your car is done. And, if you're lucky, sometimes they have kittens or puppies in the office (one of the ladies breeds English Bull Dogs.)
