Called West Michigan Lock and Key for help. Terry was on a different call and not sure he could get to me. I was able to work the key and lock on my RV until it finally opened up. Later that evening Terry called me back when he was done with the job he was on - just to check and see if I had been able to solve my lock problem. Terry was to our house on time (actually he was able to get us in a day earlier than originally planned--which was a total bonus!) and did an awesome job, very quickly. We had to have the key ignition column replaced in our van because the key wouldn't turn to start it anymore (unfortunately, a common problem with 2002 Toyota Siennas). Problem solved!
