I know this for a fact because any and all reviews I've ever left, all suddenly disappear within hours after I write them. That's just a glimpse of how shady this place is. And If you want a doctor with zero compassion, even less medical knowledge, and absolutely no regard for your life - go see David bosscher. I've posted pictures on my Facebook page of severe cellulitis that developed in my right arm after having an IV placed in that area. Went in to see bosscher today because the redness and swelling had quadrupled in size overnight. Plus it became very hard and hot to the touch. This man simply told me to go home and "watch it." No antibiotics, nothing. If you go look at the pics, you'll see why that sort of response from a supposed "physician," was absolutely ludicrous. Long story short, I ended up in the ER tonight, and got the strangest looks from the nurses and doctors when I told them that he did absolutely nothing about the issue - as severe as it was. Had I not taken it upon myself to go to ER, I could've very easily lost a limb or my life in a very short period of time, as rapidly as the infection was spreading. Thankfully I was smart enough to make markings around the redness and wrote down times every time I did so and then took pics with my phone, so the progression, and how rapid it was, would be documented. It now looks like I'll have to undergo a big surgery to cut open my whole forearm and let the infection drain as well as to relieve the compartment syndrome that developed as a result of his negligence. I am just barely scratching the surface as to why anyone who values their life, or who desires a doctor with compassion and respect, should NEVER let dr David bosscher step within 10 feet of you. Feel free to message me through my Facebook page and I'll gladly fill you in on how terrible this man treated me and how he then took it upon himself to call the ER he knew I was going to, and try to instruct them to do nothing about the infection either. Because of his phone call, I was then treated incredibly rudely and unjustly at the ER as well - however, at least the doctor there had enough of a brain to realize it WAS cellulitis and WAS severe and spreading rapidly. Looking like now I'll need to be cut open to drain all the infection, when bosscher could've started me on antibiotics immediately and possibly eliminated the need for more invasive procedures. And again - this is just the tip of the iceberg. I'd be glad to fill anyone in who is interested in all the other ways that this man daily breaks the oath he took, and daily puts people's lives and limbs in jeopardy. He thinks he knows everything, and has quite the "God complex" about him, when in reality, a bum could do his job better than he does it... Thank goodness for good lawyers!! And one of those good lawyers just happens to be my roommate. So, I guess we'll see you in court, bosscher. Now that I've gathered up a vast amount of indisputable proof and information in regards to your competency (or lack thereof) and your blatant disregard for human life - physically and emotionally.

At first it will seem like a nice environment to work in but the more you observe and listen to what's happening around you, you will soon realize you won't fit in unless you're white. Kristi Goolsby made a lot of racist remarks to me and my two friends at my time of employment there. I was told I couldnt speak Spanish to my co worker or any other language other than English because to her it was "unprofessional" and so called "dangerous". One time I talked about going to Mexico to visit my family and she directly said "Im not sure how you do it there... I get to scared thinking about it because those kind of people are dangerous savages" One time KRISTI GOOLSBY noticed I was acting off. She asked me what's wrong and I told her I was worried for my family in Mexico because there was a flood in my pueblo. She acted sympathetic and I thought she changed her ways. I was wrong. Later that shift before I left she mustve not realized I was around or anyone because I hear her talking to a coworker saying she wished the floor would've taken my people because of how dangerous we are. Crazy right?? Well there's more that's just the start. Later on my other friend called off for personal reasons. Kristi Goolsby brought her into the dish room and told her she wasn't allowed to call off (we have 3 call offs a year btw this was her first) because she has a job. My friend explained it was a personal matter. Goolsby goes on to tell her "Your parents didn't leave their country just for you to throw your life down the drain" because she called one day off.... my friend being her is NOT going to tolerate disrespect so she kindly said that it was her last day after hearing that. Krisiti later come to me the next day saying my friend quit and I said I already knew and she rudely said "how" I said because were friends and then demanded to know what we talked about and see my phone. As well as cornering me to see my phone after telling her no multiple times. if you didn't think it could get crazier it gets crazier.... Later on I got a new coworker. We instantly had a connection and a became super close friends. we would order Starbucks or breakfast for eachpther during our BREAKS together. Goolby said we weren't allowed when we were because it was during break time not work time. See how crazy this manager is?? anyways. My friend was trying to add her mom to her insurance since the insurance at our work place was pretty good. she asked the manager for some help and goolsby responded with "why? is your mom unemployed or a deadbeat? why doesn't she have insurance does she not have a job?" which is super inappropriate. Aswell as adding your mom too a better insurance is a good thing not something to belittle someone for. One day the fridge dropped temapture and malfunctioned caused all the goods to go out. Me and my friend got yelled at for not paying attention but yet there was a lunch rush and it wasn't OUR job to do that since it wasn't on our list because goolsby insist we don't help each other out and only do our own list. we did exactly what she asked for. like how is a malfunction our fault? You're probably wondering if we ever went to HR about this. the answer is yes. several times. Me and my friend went together actually ask spoke to Julie Marroquin. She took our notes seriously. She conducted an investigation and said she would talk to some leads and other coworkers. Even during that time me and my friend would go to Julie Marroquin or email her about every incident so we would have proof. Kristi Goolsby found out what was happening and cried saying she didn't do it and took a day off. aww you got caught. During this time she would make smart remarks and retaliate towards me and my friend. After 1-3 weeks. Julie Marroquin didn't take our word seriously and blamed me and my friend for making everything up. We shortly quit after since everyone was making us miserable. Later to find out that the Leads were BRIBED to lie about us and said Kristi did nothing wrong event ho they knew it wasn't right. There is so much more to say but I hope you guys get the idea... this place does not care about you unless you have power.

The girl at the front desk was very nice and smiling, being it was so early in the morning. All staff, doctors and nurses were friendly and helped a girl relax for this very invasive procedure.

I have gone to this walk-in clinic, two times. Both experiences were outstanding. The second…read moretime, in January, 2025, my primary care physician in the same building, Dr. Michael Foster, refused that I come in to office because I had tested positive with an "at-home" test for Covid 19. I was extremely ill, and needed to be seen by a medical professional. Fortunately, this walk-in clinic said that I could be seen by someone, in person. The nurse attending was caring, professional, and she was stunned that the doctor "refused" for me to come in, stating they shared the same facility, patient waiting area, and provided me with the medical care that I needed. The wait time for both visits was under 10 minutes, each time. This walk-in clinic provides excellent care, professional staff, and I highly recommend.
