Started very quickly (only 4-5 pulls at the house) and handled/cut very well. The owner says he has a second store where they service them all. He also said the mowers get a full cleaning/inspection before being put out for sale. Also, it sounds like he stands behind the product if there are any problems with it. He also gave us some ideas of fun stuff to do in town, since my wife & I are new here. Would totally recommend this place!

Called Makita and they had to straighten this out since they were to honor the warranty. Don't waste your time with this place. A week later I called them and so sorry but that was back ordered. After three weeks it arrived and I received a phone call to pick it up. Their price was $15.75 with a five dollar shipping charge that I had already asked if there was which they originally said no. Sounds criminal to me but they are also in the worst neighborhood in Peoria. Liars should never be allowed to run a business it's criminal to lie about shipping. I could have got the same handle off eBay for $14 with free shipping.
