I was constantly lied to and treated with such disrespect by the owner Darren. The loaner car provided, broke down on me in the middle of a busy intersection. Once I finally got my car back, I realized that they had broken my door pull on the inside of my car and DUCT TAPED it back together claiming that it was like that when I brought it in. And when I was leaving town the day I got my car back, I noticed my driver window is loose and rattling side to side. The owner refuses to take responsibility for what they broke on my car. I never bash businesses, but honestly, there is no Quality at Quality body shop.

He explained everything I needed to know to run the boat, had all the life jackets in place, etc. Boat was very clean. The day we rented was very windy, so that was a negative but the boat performed perfectly.
