I am quite content and very comfortable here. It's quiet without any road noise. The front desk man, Akey, was friendly, hospitable and anticipated my needs. My initial booking through Expedia was for a queen wheel chair accessible room. Akey noticed this and asked me if it was what I wanted because there would be no bath. He upgraded my room to a king with bath. I am so glad because after traveling all day I wanted to refresh and unwind. The room was very clean. The toilet had a paper fastener to show it had been attended. The floor was clean. The bed was comfortable. The desert gets chilly at night and you can open the window to the rooms for some cool fresh air and not even use the a/c. I am happy here and I would stay here again. The building seems to have good bones. The siding on the exterior looks fairly new and the walls inside are in good shape. UPDATE: it's 11:48pm and I woke up with a start. A car alarm was sounding repeatedly and it was mine. I tried to call the front desk and it went to voicemail. I had to go outside in my pajamas. Simone had been meddling with vehicles because a Ford pickup had flashers going. I rang the front desk bell and a half asleep young woman came out of the office. I was trying ti ask her about car theft and she barely understood what I was saying. She went outside and came in chuckling telling me that didn't happen. I didn't even stay here. I was traveling from ARKANSAS to WASHINGTON state and needed a hotel in IDAHO. I went to hotels.com looking for a place just like I had the last 3 nights, and this hotel showed up as a option in IDAHO. Once I looked up the address so I could put it in my GPS, it showed NEVADA! I called the hotel right away and was told this was non refundable and basically not their problem. The man said I would have to call the booking company to get this resolved. Hotels.com and this hotel frankly have screwed me out of $65 dollars. I realize that's not a lot of money but I'm not here to hand out money for someone else's mistake. When I go back to Arkansas, I'll have to be extra cautious that the hotel I pick is where I need it to be. That's ridiculous read more

The worst. I would go into more detail but it would be a waste of time. Do not book online. We got to hotel and was told they couldn't find reservation. Even though I had conformation and had already been charged. He told me to pay him and get money back from booking.com. Room was dirty and smells. We left and got another room at hotel down the street read more

Room condition was okay other than a constant loud humming, however, upon check in the desk clerk demanded I provide papers proving my service dog was really a trained service animal. This is illegal as the American's with Disabilities Act only allows a business to ask what service the animal provides. read more

This is the worst motel I have ever encountered. Check in process was handled rudely; clerk insisted I show him the reservation email then denied I had a reservation. Then when he "graciously" said he could put me in a room, it was not the room reserved. Reservation promised two beds; only one bed in the room. Sloppy. Motel is dirty. Room was dirty. Due to Covid, advertised breakfast was non-existent, but the promised snacks were not offered and they ran out of coffee at 7:30 am and didn't intend to make anymore. Bottom line: rude and dirty.
