My mom uses West and has for years. A gentleman came to do her inspection until doing the inspection he found damage under her house (not from termites). They gave her a quote to repair the damage (which was reasonable). This week 2 men came to repair all the damage (during the bad snow storm we just had). The first day they came to her door to let her know they were going to lunch, they offered to bring her a hamburger back ( which she declined), then the second day upon finishing the work 1 of the gentleman noticed she had some small bags of trash that needed to be put in the trash bin. Regarding services for ant control: I had ants very badly around the house parameter outside. I prepaid for ant control for a year and had ants still everywhere all throughout the year I paid. Called for an extra service each quarter. The company does not know how to control ants on the outside of the house. I called to inquire one day about a service and manager did not return my call. I supervised one of the services & the guy was very nice & sprayed a lot of product everywhere we saw ants. They were everywhere a week later which was common after a service. Now I buy a $13 jar of Amdro & ants gone the next day or 2 & are no where to be seen for several weeks. I do my own pest control inside (for spiders, scorpions, etc) with a product from local hardware store so I did not use services for that. read more

Office staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. Opted for quarterly plan. First appointment tech showed up a few minutes BEFORE scheduled time. Answered all my questions and did a thorough job. They called to set this months appointment and came out same day again positive and thorough experience with the tech. Pricing is in line with other services maybe a little less.
