Natural State Pest Control sent two individuals out to assess my house's needs. We asked for a…read morequote for termites primarily, but were considering their full range of protection against spiders, ants, mosquitoes, etc.. They looked over my house and detached garage and provided a quote for all services and explained that it would be cheaper to bundle all services into one setup fee instead of paying setup fees every time we wanted a new protection offering added. I was assured that the quote would be good for 60 days and would cover both my house and garage space. We shopped around a bit, but a month later decided to start only with termite protection and scheduled someone to come out for the install. When the installer arrived, he immediately informed me that only the house would be covered for the quoted installation price and I would need to pay four times the amount to include my garage space. I told him there was no way I would pay that since I was assured the original quote included the garage. He said he would make a call to see what the office wanted to do about it. He came back and apologized saying there were newer sales guys involved on my original quote but there was no wiggle room on the 4x setup amount and left. I called the office and asked to speak to a manager about the situation. I was told that he was in a meeting all day, but would call me back as soon as possible. I never received a call. This was a complete bait and switch move with no response from management. If they can't even call me back, I suppose I shouldn't expect them to honor their quotes, either. BUYER BEWARE. STEER CLEAR.

They gave her a quote to repair the damage (which was reasonable). This week 2 men came to repair all the damage (during the bad snow storm we just had). The first day they came to her door to let her know they were going to lunch, they offered to bring her a hamburger back ( which she declined), then the second day upon finishing the work 1 of the gentleman noticed she had some small bags of trash that needed to be put in the trash bin. West is very considerate and takes very good care of their customers, we highly recommend them.

The company does not know how to control ants on the outside of the house. I called to inquire one day about a service and manager did not return my call. I supervised one of the services & the guy was very nice & sprayed a lot of product everywhere we saw ants. They were everywhere a week later which was common after a service. Now I buy a $13 jar of Amdro & ants gone the next day or 2 & are no where to be seen for several weeks. I do my own pest control inside (for spiders, scorpions, etc) with a product from local hardware store so I did not use services for that.
