They have come out to service my old unit several times including the inspection after I bought the house a year ago. Two weeks ago the old unit finally gave out. These guys had me back in business with a new American Standard unit. They have always been professional at my house and at their shop. They will be the only company I will call for any issues. The team stated that they didn't have a drill bit for brick (not sure how on that big truck) and had to run and get some (another hour billed for lunch for all I know...) but when getting this bill, it had $200 of tools on it including extension cords, etc. What is really irritating is that I had to insist on an itemized bill to find all of this out. They called back on Monday (with over 100 degree heat) and they cannot get parts for two weeks. I would have paid the inflated price they quoted no problem if I could get up and running in a timely manner. The OEM parts are available online with overnight delivery from multiple locations (at easily less than half the price btw) but they will not work with that, even given the extreme potentially dangerous situation we are faced with.
