This facility is discharging her in the middle of a Medicare appeal the week before Christmas with NO HOME and NO FAMILY! Our home cannot accommodate her as it's built up on stairs only! We will be filing a complaint for elderly abuse and medical neglect if the discharge is pushed through despite homelessness and medical needs from her amputation!

Now it's noon and they close till 1:00pm You would think that upon the apt being made OPT would request test type and Patients Dr release. This is one of the worst experiences I've had ever. And I've been here three previous times and those experiences were nothing like this. One of their actual PTs basically called me a liar to boot when I told him I never presented a Dr release for the previous visits not a happy camper a wasted day sitting around doing nothing. I guess they think they got these Prejob & return to work folks in a spot where no one will grip it's a bunch of BS. If I could rate it a 1/8 of a star I would. So I finally get the test accomplished in 20 minutes....4 hrs of sitting around for a 20 minute test
