Midland Physical Therapy is hands-down the very best in West Texas. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me when no one else could...and did it incredibly fast and with so much compassion! The dry needling and laser therapy that they use was life changing for me! I have maintained my good health and completely eliminated my back and neck pain by continuing the exercises that they taught me. Tried calling to make an appt and after being on hold for several minutes and being transferred around, I was told I need a physicians referral to talk to anyone or to make an appt even though right on their website it says, "no referral, no problem." "We can see patients without a physicians referral." They didn't even bother to ask me any questions.. Waste of time. read more

MPT worked with me after I had a reverse shoulder replacement. They were very knowledgable, had all the necessary equipment and had the people skills to keep me on track when it would have been easier to give up. I regained the full use of that joint. Therapist were good. Parking is horrible, especially if you are on crutches. And after a year and a half of arguing with their billing Dept over a 71.00 bill that my insurance told me I did not owe, I was sent to a collection agency. This was after my insurance paid them over 1,000.00. So I would choose a different therapy office unless you don't mind being on crutches or in pain and having to walk a long way because their parking is horrible. And if you don't want to be sent to collections over a bill that your insurance says you do not owe I would choose a different therapy office. read more

I had a very painful shoulder and neck condition several months ago that was making just about everything hard - couldn't sleep, couldn't cook or do anything that caused me to look down, couldn't brush my hair, etc. It was getting worse by the day. I saw the great reviews for Midland PT and decided to get my condition evaluated. I was diagnosed with Adhesive Capsulitis by Cindy Greenfield, who recommended PT 3 days a week. My PTA, April, was so awesome. She worked with me for several months and my condition improved little by little. Her knowledge, skill and compassion was exactly what I needed to heal. All the PT happens in one big room so you get to see other people being treated and watch the other physical therapy staff in action. All I can say is that they are the kindest, most compassionate people, incredibly professional and caring. If you are in physical pain, don't put up with it. The people were great until it came to the bill. I prepaid for six sessions, then took three more sessions. They told me a flat fee for the first six sessions and then came back with a bill wanting $400 more dollars for services that were not a part of the verbal agreement. If you are going to use this group, Make sure you get a contract ahead of time specifying exactly what you are paying for ahead of time. Think it very deceptive to agree to a flat fee verbally ahead of time and then send an itemized bill with lots of extra charges. read more
