Unfortunately I came to WVNC for the convenient location. I have been doing HRT for longer than Dr. Huynh has been out of medical school. I explained my history but it fell on deaf ears. All they are concerned with is lining their pockets! First visit $195, then $15 blood draw, then paying upfront for ordering of pellets of $122.54, then a follow up of $175.50 then finally the insertion of yet another $195!!! There were 2 other blood draws of $15 each. I had been paying $300 from a specialist up until just recently she raised her price to $350. And yes, that's pellets and insertion. I paid WVNC almost $800 to feel like shit!! Dr Huynh did not listen to me, she reduced the dosages to my detriment. Then, when it was time for next insertion, they want to do a follow up, then pay up front for the ordering of pellets, then another appointment for insertion. WTF!! But, then Dr. Huyhn tells me she thinks we need to wait because of my levels. Again, did not listen, I told her my history. Thank goodness I was able to get with my previous provider who knows what she is doing and I will be feeling better soon. My mistake for taking convenience over experience. Additionally, they push their supplements. Worst experience ever. I am too old to deal with incompetence and doctors who don't listen. If that is what you want then WVNC is the place. Think twice and real hard before going here; they don't listen, push crappy supplements and charge an exorbitant amount of money. read more

After having my first meet and greet appointment, that was complementary as I was leaving, I got an appointment for my look at treatments. They collected a $25 deposit. From what I understood it was for people that don't keep their appointments as in not show up. My appointment was on Monday. I canceled my appointment on Friday because my husband surprised me with a little road trip. Clearly more than 24 hours ahead of time I called to cancel my appointment. Asked for my deposit back and I was refused. The $25 is completely nonrefundable. If I were to make another appointment in the future, they would use that towards my appointment, but that is not what I wanted. I would've liked my money back and when I make another appointment for them to take another deposit that would've been fine. I will never walk foot back into that office because it's under principal at this point how dare they keep my money? read more

Dr Nhan Nguyen aka Dr T completed the 3rd PRP/Prolo session on my neck 5 days ago. With each session I noticed improvement. It has been life changing for me. I wanted to share this review about my personal experience with Dr. Archambault of West Valley Naturopathic Center and my experience with the HCG diet. First a little backstory. I'm 50 and have been trying desperately to lose weight. Pain was my main motivation. I need a knee replacement and have been suffering horribly with pain. This pain was not only in my knee, but it was also causing a great amount of hip, leg and back pain. The pain was so intense and constant that I couldn't sleep, I was having difficulty working, I was literally handicapped and unable to participate in many activities. Simple things, like going to the grocery store were no longer possible. There were many days I ended up in tears due to the pain. I was taking over the counter and prescription pain meds just to make it through the day. I had to cancel trips. I was using crutches to walk. I was quickly getting depressed as I felt like I was watching life pass me by. I needed to be at a healthier weight before undergoing surgery and I needed to get there quickly. I needed to get my life back. I started doing research and came across the HCG diet. I also found that the only FDA regulated HCG were injections. This let me to Dr. Archambault at West Valley Naturopathic Center. My first experience was with Christian the front desk manager. She shared her personal experience, took lots of time to explain the program and answered all of my questions. I then met with the Dr. This is not like going to your regular insurance assigned primary care doctor. Dr. Archambault goes over your history thoroughly and treats you as an individual with a whole-body wellness approach giving you very personalized care. He spent a lot of time with me and explored all options that may hinder my weight loss. He even did some additional testing before we started. His goal was to make sure I got optimal results. Here is my experience with the HCG diet. I was very faithful to the program and did not cheat. I experienced great results in weight loss. The largest daily loss I had was 4 lbs. In 46 days, I lost 33 pounds. Then it was on to the maintenance phase which was scary for me. I kept thinking what if I gained weight back? I actually lost weight in the maintenance phase and with the Dr.'s guidance I have continued to lose weight. Since the start of the diet I have lost over 40 lbs. and I continue to keep losing. My knee surgery is pending, but in the meantime, I have had such relief of pain. My hip and back pain are almost non-existent. I am not in constant pain and can sleep well. I have ditched the crutches and the pain meds. Best of all I am no longer feeling depressed, but joyful and hopeful for what the future brings. Please be aware that this company requires a $25 deposit to make an appointment, which is fine because it helps to get rid of "no shows," however, when I made the appointment I was told that the $25 goes towards your appointment cost and if I had to cancelled it is refundable. I had to cancel this appointment allowing more than a 48 hour notice, I saw my current doctor, who I didn't know was a naturopathic doctor and was told that I didn't need to see another naturopathic doctor. This office refuses to give me my deposit back and stated that I can use it to purchase their products......why would I make a purchase of products from an office that I never went to? I did not agree to any of their policies, nor did I sign anything regarding this "nonrefundable" policy. I went to Dr. Jennifer Elton & West Valley Naturopathic Center looking for a more proactive approach to my health. I just was not feeling good. In the last 1/2 year, we have made dramatic improvements. I have gone from weighing 245 down to 195; I had teetered over from pre-diabetic to full blown diabetic before seeing the Doc, and now I am back to healthy blood sugar levels; We are still working on getting my thyroid working properly, and gaining healthy balances on other aspects, but altogether I feel a tremendous deal better. I drive truck long distance, and I'm tired of waiting until I get sick again before getting treated.
