The track on my drawer in the kitchen was broken and someone came to fix it and did a wonderful job.

Woodland Acres Apartments & Townhomes

Woodland Acres Apartments & Townhomes

(1 review)

I lived in Woodland Acres for 4 years. I was a very loyal tenant, I always paid early, kept the…read moreplace clean, and was quiet. The complex has turned into a dump over that period of time. The prices are way too high for the lackluster units. They believe their 2 bedroom "newly renovated townhomes" are worth $950 per month. In those units you only have 1 bathroom, paper thin walls, the cheapest appliances Lowe's has to offer, windows that won't open, and high increases in rent each year. For 4 years I've had to hear different neighbors use the toilet, argue, make love, and it's hard to say what they heard me doing. I was never offered fresh paint, my filters to be changed, was never asked how things were going in my ancient over priced unit. When I did complain, my complaints were brushed under the rug or forwarded to the person I was complaining about- talk about unprofessional. The 2 bedroom units are from the 70's and have not been taken care of. Before I finally moved out, my kitchen flooded due to the toilet line busting in the vacant unit beside mine. I was not offered help or an apology. I was expected to live in filth and dirty water until I moved out. When I spoke with management, she was very rude and had no empathy. I lost all of my groceries and small appliances. This company is screwing everyone over with their prices. I found an apartment with Reams for the same price my rent was raising to, I have 2 bathrooms now, amazing staff and maintenance, the units are beautiful, and the most important, I feel safe again.
