Mel provided a 5.6% mortgage rate when our persistent lender kept raising his rate until it reached 7.25%. We had to pivot quick and had less than a week to change to an experienced broker who can pull this through in such a short notice. Mel and her team promised and overdelivered. They guided us every step of the way including thinking out of the box with our appraisal that wouldn't get released by our lender. What a relief! We even closed three days earlier!!!
