.Machines say they accept credit cards, but four of the five I tried would not take my card. According to a customer, a special laundromat card is necessary if you want them to work. When I finally found a machine that 'worked' it wouldn't start as the door would not shut, so I lost a few bucks. Through trial and error over the course of 25 minutes I found a machine that was able to wash my laundry. There are no attendants on premises to assist with issues. First and last time here. Cleaner than most. Generally no lines, in & out within a hour, washed and dried! Only wish the people that go here would pick up after themselves. It's not the employees job to pick up you dryer sheets off the floor! read more

I have been going to this place regularly for years. The only problem... the space is quite small. When they have more than 5 people in there at a time you're basically bumping into each other. Going on a Saturday or Sunday? Good luck with the abundance of children running around on top of the small area. Tip: if you have anxiety/social anxiety go between 6-7am-ish any day. Trust me - it's a lot less stressful. Overall never had an issue here. Pricing is fair and the machines/dryers are typically all in service. The chairs where you can sit and wait should be upgraded at some point (probably from the 80s reminds of me chairs you'd sit on at a bowling alley). They have 2 small vending machines with snacks/beverages. A TV at the sitting area. Only down side for me is the small space. read more

I live in Shrewsbury so this laundromat is about 5 minutes from where I live. It has plenty of washers and dryers. I came in on a Saturday morning with no problem. The machines take coins or card so that's very convenient for someone like me who never really holds cash. Small machines are $3 (about 1 large load) and the largest machine goes up to $7 (easily fit 3 comforters, 2 flat sheets, large blanket, and some towels). Dryers are $0.25 for 6 minutes. There's also a sitting area, tables to fold clothes, and machines for quarters/card. read more

I haven't been to a laundromat since college (20 years ago) and one convenient thing about this place is paying with your credit/debit card and free WiFi, Sweet! No more scrounging for quarters but old habits die hard and weirdly folks still use quarters in! I had to wash a quilt and used extra large washing machine and it cost $7.00 (better than paying $20 at the cleaners). The dryer cost 25 center per 6 minutes and I was able to dry the quilt and towels in 30 minutes or $1.50. The laundromat had various sizes of washing machine from extra large to small and all of them were working. Dryers dried my stuff in less time than my building machines. I'd recommend coming here since this is the only place in town. read more

Very clean, well-lit, on-site staff during business hours, security cameras. The machines are all in good working order, plenty of laundry carts and folding areas. Free WiFi, vending machines, large seating area with TV and magazines. Good location, easy to get to. read more

My first time here! I actually left my local Laundromat Sunbrite because I wasn't entirely thrilled with the customer service I had when a situation that occurred . I actually took my wet laundry and googled the closest laundromat. WOW! I was missing out!!! This place you can swipe your card to pay!! There is a tv and a large table with magazines and a giant sitting area, basically had EVERYTHING my local laundromat was lacking. I recommend!!!!! read more

Used a large washer that was supposed to cost $ 4.00. My credit card was charged $ 10.00.

Small but serves its purpose. My clothes came out smelling great! Also the drying process happened quickly. I like that it's in a plaza so there are many options to help fill time as you wait. read more

I recently moved to this area and was looking for a new laundromat for wash and fold service. I called this place on December 4th in the morning and the same man I spoke with was the same man I met when I came in that afternoon. When I came in, he said they no longer provide this service due to the pandemic. Two of the laundromats I've been to during this pandemic still carry this out the wash and fold service. WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE OUT THIS *IMPORTANT* DETAIL WHEN YOU WERE SPEAKING WITH ME OVER THE PHONE? He ran down the services and times for the wash and fold service and I let him know that I was coming later that same day. It was an absolute waste of my time, infuriating experience, and a poor display of customer service. I'd suggest doing better, but I'm taking my business elsewhere; I highly suggest you do the same. read more

I was disappointed when I opened my comforter I had washed here and stored until now. It cost 25$ and it wreaked of a perfume-like, cheap smell that was over the top. I had specifically asked for "free" of additives and scents because of my allergies. Wont be going back. read more

Getting ridiculous in there. All of the large washing machines are INOPERATIVE. There is one left. Tic Toc, Tic Toc when is that one going get the INOP sign. This means, you have to spend more money for the use of several machines to wash your load. ROBBERY. Friendly staff but we need washing machines that WORK. read more

This place is a dump. I've been using this laundromat for years, because (unfortunately) it's the only one in the area. Many machines are out of order at any one time. Problems I've had over the years include machines eating my money (and not just a quarter here and there), washers not going through the spin cycle (that was fun - it took 2 hours and about $15 to dry my clothes), dryers not getting hot and washers leaking large quantities of water on the floor. Yes, there is a phone number for the owner for when problems arise - I called it once and got bitched at by the owner's wife. Basically, if you only have 5 or 10 dollars for your laundry, you're going to need more money than that because something will be broken. And you won't know about it until it's too late. read more

Place was clean with many machines. There is also a good sized seating area away from the machines with magazines. I paid $6 for an extra large washer, and dryer was 25 cents per six minutes. The dryer seemed to dry things quickly. read more

Nothing fancy but clean and convenient. It has many different size machines, a coin changer and a detergent vending machine. Each time I was there, there was an on-site attendant. This business came in handy when I was recently between washing machines. read more
