This place is full of rude,incompetent,condescending, unprofessional staff. Seriously, I don't see ANY of these people as being employable anywhere else. Eating entire meals while doing client intake, taking blood pressure & wearing hot pink matted troll doll hair weaves. The lady who did my intake could not seem to read,write or spell and had no ideas what the "rules" were". So I had to learn as I had accidentally broken these stupid rules by one of the many surly staff members who probably hate their low paying jobs& less than desirable appearance and lives in general. Most to seem to be on some kind of Trumpanzee type power trip,but unfortunately they don't know "all the best words" or "love the blacks" and "do so much winning" at life as Trumptard. Playing loud rap music in med room,swearing at clients, male staff entering womens dorm"aka prison cells" without announcing they are males. We could have been in our nudity!!! On top of that dorms were filthy,showers were filthy, hardly ever any tp in stalls or soap in dispenser! Poop on walls in hallway too! They strip you of all your basic necessities and then are always conveniently "out" of it when you ask. This includes deodorant,toothbrush,toothpaste and lotion. They consider chapstick contraband,like what am I going to do w that dechap someones crusty scabby lips to death? And if they happen to have something they give you less than a thimble full and sigh acting like it was such an inconvenience to do so! Sorry to have stopped you from eating your hot cheetos and sub sammiches, but I prefer for my skin not to feel like chapped chafed alligator. To top it of they are only up at the front desk about 20% of the time,probably in the back watching their youtube,drinking grape soda and eating sammiches! If you could go anywhere else please,please do. My last rehab was the Bellagio compared to this back alley place of obviously fresh out of prison non working "workers". I wanted to leave my second day, I have never been in such a horrible place,worse than the sassiest Walmart & Popeyes employees combinded. Yeah I'll tell you about this trashy false advertising terrible nightmare of a dump.They do not offer counseling they allow people to do drugs and being drugs in.It is filled with the lowest of the low homeless drug dealers and gang members who run it like a cell block.The beds are like concrete and they take absolutely no precautions to safeguard against Covid.Disgusting and dirty.They load you up with unnecessary medication.You can't rest because it's so smelly and loud and crappy as hell.I went there and paid out of pocket and the patients will intimidate you if you are white.They have some rude staff who do absolutely nothing to help.I am actively having them investigated.A lawsuit as well as criminal charges for causing me mental distress I ran for my life because I went six days with no rest due to anxiety and detox from opiates and they ignored everything I said and caused me to be traumatized for life.I now am in therapy because of what they did.Like I said they should be shut down for good.They allow people to abuse the welfare and health care system it's basically fraud they are committing there.A bunch of racist people are living there for free and it's used as a flop house.Housing for the scum of vegas and the trash of the gutter.The staff is on crack.Do not ever go here if you need real help you will regret it. read more

The place is great! Jody....this is a detox facility not a rehab in Malibu. My stay was great! I have never been through anything like this but needed to detox from alcohol with medical assistance and was admitted to stay there for three days. ZERO complaints! Staff is very accommodating, the food is great, always leftovers. Plenty of literature and movies within a large cafeteria. There are 5 VERY CLEAN dorms with several beds with a bathroom within a few steps. At least two NA and AA meetings per day with snack times throughout the day. Nurses are outstanding and professional. I would personally like to thank all the staff at Westcare ESPECIALLY nurse MIMI and Kyle! Thank you! read more

Over ride law and decide how crimes against clients are delt with. No police reports. No justice for victims. Theft not investigated deepite cameras available. Transportation comes on time without you having to call to bring you to all your scheduled appointments. In the rooms they have a nightstand, a table, and a medicine cabinet that is on the floor. Room checks are done and you sign in and out so they know where you are at all times. read more
