I was seen by a nurse practioner who gave me some tips none of them were helpful. They recommended me endoscopic proceedure for which They charged me 1000 dollars upfront , I paid that money in cash in good faith. They billed my insurance and Later they send me bill of 265 dollars as my deductible. I called several times to clarify the issue that office has already charged me 1000 dollars and each time they said that I still have to pay the amount. Frustrated with their staff I called up my insurance and asked for clarification,they told me that the doctor office is in contract with the insurance and they are not suppose to charge you the amount. The kind insurance lady made a three way call and clinic staff admitted that they are at fault and THEY OWE ME THE MONEY. So this is the case of over billing and fraud billing which is not resolved till date . I never recieved my money back which should roughly between500 to 700 dollars. If I call them they just put me on hold for several hours. Carolina who is handling this issue Shd be hold accountable cos this issue is still ongoing. I DONT TRUST THIS DOCTOR AND THEIR STAFF

Agreed I should stay overnight for endoscopy, he spoke with Dresnick - I saw him speak to him and even confirmed with a phone call at the end of his shift that Dresnick would do the scope. I was instructed to not eat or drink in the ER all night, all morning. Dresnik sent his PA, Michelle, the next morning who was cold and rude to tell me he was not doing the scope, it wasn't an emergency. His PA said he didn't even know who I was. Complete lie!!!! Then she stepped out to speak to with a nurse about Botox and a new boyfriend. I explained that I had never received the preparation instructions for the test. Rather than trying to help or find a solution, she immediately focused on telling me that I had opened the patient portal more than 10 days ago. I've never been to a medical office that sends critical test instructions so far in advance of the appointment and assumes patients will remember to go back and review them days later. A simple reminder closer to the appointment would have prevented this situation. Instead of showing empathy or working with me to resolve the issue, she raised her voice, repeatedly told me to "take accountability," and handled the interaction in an extremely confrontational and unprofessional manner. I felt like I was being scolded rather than helped. The entire exchange was unnecessarily uncomfortable and stressful. Customer service, especially in healthcare, should be centered on professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those qualities here. The interaction left me feeling so uncomfortable that I no longer feel safe or confident having my SIBO test performed at this location. I hope the practice invests in customer service and conflict resolution training for its front desk staff, because no patient should be treated this way.

They are really nice people on top of being great Doctors. I wasn't very comfortable when I arrived for my 1st Colonoscopy but the Ladies at the Front quickly made me feel relaxed and glad I came. I wasn't handed a bunch of papers to fill out like some other Medical places do. Everything was nice and seamless and quick but not rushed. The staff were all extremely nice. His demeanor is respectful and firm, while being very thorough in his work. The practice has two locations, both of which are easily accessible by Rt. 15 and have ample parking. He also has a good turn around time for patient appointments, test results, prescriptions, and scheduling procedures.
