I decided to go to Dr. Cappa after reading positive patient reviews posted on doctor ratings sites. FIRST: He has a wonderful, gentle bedside manner. Sensing my anxiety (I was anticipating the procedure to be uncomfortable), he immediately put me at ease. SECOND: He did what needed to be done swiftly and with such skill that I didn't feel a thing! THIRD: Great staff. They were tightly booked when I called for an appointment. But understanding that I was in pain, they squeezed me into his schedule. FOURTH: The office is in a nice, stand alone house. It is NOT one of those mega-medical group with hundreds of doctors and staff. I like the personalized feeling of this doctor. They do not send you or email you a monthly or weekly bill. Be careful when getting physical therapy here because you will be surprised by a large bill that no one in the office cares or knows about. Apparently they are not trained about billing they only know how to schedule an appointment. When you speak to Scott at billing he jokes around and laughs because he thinks it's funny because obviously he get a lot of these calls.
