I love my dentist here. She is the best and makes a special pain cocktail personalized for my sensitive teeth.

My kids and I absolutely love this place - everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful! One of my boys has ADHD and a speech disorder, and my other son has autism and brain damage, and going to the dentist was always a stressful ordeal for me AND the boys. No longer! The dentists and hygienists are so patient and fun that my kids no longer hate going to the dentist. Also, I recently developed an ulcer on my tongue and they got me in the SAME DAY I called. Doctor Sarah Deeds covered all bases to make sure there wasn't anything further going on, explained what I could do to help my tongue heal, gave me prescriptions in case it came to that, and even gave me a referral to an oral surgeon in case my ulcer wouldn't heal. Then she called a few days later to check up on me! Talk about going the extra mile! We sure will miss our friends at The Children's Dentist when we move this fall. read more

My son father took him to the dentist October 2 2017, and his sister worked at The Children's Dentist. Called for my sons dentist records, and all that good stuff. The staff refused to give me my child information, and told me the father put his sister down, instead of me. {The mother}. They all wanted to protect Samantha Slack, even my lawyer was on the other line, and agreed. It's been almost a year, and they still won't give me the information i am asking. Our family has gone to The Children's Dentist for 10 years. We have loved this office for so long. We have recommended the office to anyone who would listen. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Our youngest daughter needed some work completed by her dentist in order to get the orthodontic equipment she needs placed in her mouth. We scheduled the appointment with The Children's Dentist, explained what she needed to have done, went to the appointment, and got work done. At her orthodontist appointment we find out that not all of the work was completed. We were turned away. Made another appointment with The Children's Dentist. We explained the situation...again. I asked them to verify with her Ortho for the work that needed to be completed. When we arrived to the appointment, I again expressed my concerns regarding the completion of ALL of the work. At the end of the appointment my husband verified with the dentist that she can get her ortho equipment placed. He said yes. Surprise! Hours before our ortho appointment I receive a call from the ortho that they still did NOT complete the work needed. Another canceled orthodontist appointment. Even through the frustration I can understand the need for multiple appointments. However, I do not understand the lack of communication from The Children's Dentist. They knew exactly what work needed to be completed before she can go to the orthodontist. If it was going to take three appointments, please be clear with this. Now they are unwilling to work with our schedule, even though the ortho (who is amazing and not responsible for any of this) is willing to work with our schedule. Sadly, after ten years it is time to find a new office. read more

We love Dr Mike!!! I have been bringing KY kids here since 2014. Their waiting area is superb and definitely geared to put little peoples nerves at ease. They allow the parents to come back with them which I feel would have been a game changer any where else. Showed up for our first appointment as new patients; checked in and waited and waited. Then, after waiting forever was informed they hadn't had me fill out all the needed paperwork and we'd have to reschedule. I'd made this appointment a month in advance. I've heard great things about the dentist, but the office staff is terrible!!! They wanted to know when I would like to reschedule...NEVER!!! The disorganized staff cost me several hours of my afternoon because of their ineptitude. Also, while we were waiting...they canceled some more appointments for people who had been in the waiting room forever as well; evidently they had grossly overbooked for the day. While leaving my review on Google, I noticed I'm not the only person this has happened to. The only reason I left "1" star is leaving a "0" isn't an option. read more

The dentist is very friendly and patient. They have a brightly painted, kid friendly office and the waiting area has toys and an arcade game area. After your visit, they send you off with a goody bag filled with toothpaste, toothbrush, etc...... They also give the kids a coin so they can get a prize out of their prize machines on the way out. I seriously could not love this dental office any more! My daughter was so apprehensive about going to the dentist, and she cried when we had to leave! Everyone was so patient, explaining each step to my daughter and waiting until she didn't feel afraid to continue. They even gave her a goodie bag when we left, and a coupon for 50% off Kids N Play for having no Cavities! The waiting room has video games and a lego table. I can't recommend them enough! read more

I absolutely LOVE the Children's Dentist. It always hard to find a dental office that works great with your children. I used to have to drag them to the dentist and keep it a secret until we pulled in the drive way. Now that we have found Dr. Sarah Deeds, I don't have that fight anymore with my kids. After coming from a not-so-great experience from Castle Dental, Sarah Deeds was able to fix me right up! Even though this is a childrens dentist, she insisted that I come see her and it was worth it! She was extremely kind and communicative during the procedure. I highly recommend this to anyone, especially those with children. The office is very inviting and is generally just a happy place to be. Something you don't typically see in dentist offices. read more

I really hate to write this because Dr. Deeds is amazing! But it's a must! I've been going here for over a year now. I'm a single mother with 5 children. I booked my appt over 6 months ago. They call less than 5 days out from my appt that my free cleaning is now at a charge at $75 per child. So they say they are taking off some to make it easier for patients whose insurance changed back in May. (I didn't know anything about the change in May) but regardless. I thought cool, that's nice of them! She then tells me it's gonna cost me $150 for all to get a cleaning...again this is 5 days before...so the day of my appt....I call in and say I'm running behind they tell me as long as there in 15 mins...then they tell me I have to have X-rays done for my kids and I have to be willing to pay for them...it was 46.00 for 3 and 15 for another. That's another $153 on top of the $150 for the cleaning. They are telling me this 30 mins before I get there. I ask that Sara Deeds calls me. She does not. I make it there on time and ask to speak to the doctor, they make me wait another 10mins to have another dental hygienist talk to me. I tell her I have the $150 now to pay for the cleaning but u can't expect a single mother to drop another $153 in 30mins without notice! I said I'm sorry I am not able to do that. I told her I get paid on the 9th I could pay it then...she said no...I said y'all just waisted my time...I said Dr. Sara is ok with this...she said yes! I said that's fine we will go somewhere else! With anyone who has booked an appt it is very hard to have a "timely" appt you can't just rescheduled in an appropriate amount of time, you have to wait weeks to months! read more

DR DEEDS was my sons dentist when he was still in the military,my son in now 35 years of age and is mentally challenged. DR DEEDS,VIVIAN and his entire staff care for my son as if he was their own child.We spend a lot of time out of state but we commute back to Clarksville so DR DEEDS can care for JASON.These folks are absolutely wonderful to the kids as we can attest as DR DEEDS and VIVIAN have been there for us for 30 years. WOW, so my son had heart surgery, and needs antibiotics for a cleaning. No big deal at any other dentist. This place calls me the DAY PRIOR to his cleaning, saying they need to talk to his cardiologist before they can do the cleaning! Not leaving any room for me to even get the request done, let alone cancel his appointment. Do you know how hard it is to get a hold of a pediatric cardiologist! They even spoke to his primary care doctor, and that wasn't good enough. So I already wasted an appointment with him to get the antibiotics, which are only good for 10 days. I am very upset to say the least. read more

they have a great wating room. But the staff lies and are rude when you try to talk to them. Long story but I was pretty upset with the staff and to top it off they printed off a copy of my daughters X-rays off the computer and charge me 5 dollars. it took 2 seconds to do and it was printed on regular paper. not worth 5 dollars. if u ask me and my daughter was in pain in her mouth and they could care less. all about the money. Hands down the best dental practice around! The kiddos and I were all very impressed. The waiting room is spacious and comfy, and it even boasts an ARCADE (bonus: all the games are FREE to play)! The exam area has a fun beach theme, and my kids all loved the sunglasses and beach towels they got to wear during their cleanings. You absolutely couldn't ask for a sweeter and friendlier staff--the ladies were all wonderful, and Dr. Sarah Deeds is honestly the best children's dentist in my experience as a mom. I also appreciated the cozy second waiting room (complete with recliner, flat screen TV, and fun toddler toys) inside the exam area where I could sit with the baby but still keep an eye and ear out for the other kids. I'm so happy to have finally found our kids a great dentist--we'll be back again and again! read more
