I am reviewing the billing department where you have to pay your account. We get a bill via mail…read moreand it's paid as soon as we get it each month. We have spent thought at the Polson store. They recently went to a new billing system. They have not got it figured out yet. We paid with a check in the mail Feb 28 for a bill Jan 26-feb 25. The next bill we get showed outstanding balance from that period and current bill for feb26-mar 25. I called to see what happened and was told it's the post office that is a.ontj behind. I give her the check number and the date it was sent. She told me I could.oay online...well if I had known that but nowhere in their billing does it say that. She told me where to go in the website to find it. So I paid the current bill. So we go in April 15 and want to get some wood and were told that we have an outstanding balance so we can't charge anything. WTF? She said that like 10 other people have had the same issue. Now I think it's the billing department that is F'd up. So I call April 16 in the morning and again am told it's the post office , they are behind. I call BS, it's their new system that they haven't figured out. I guess we will drive a little further and go to Home Depot or Lowe's. I told them I am putting a stop payment on the check and waiting several weeks to make sure they don't "find" it and cash it. This better not show up on my credit report . Get your s$#t together people. Quit blaming your issues on the post office , really 6 weeks for the post office , own up to your issues and causing issues for customers..and they charged a finance charge for the F$#k up. Really we have spent thousands always paid immediately when we got the bill. You changed over your billing system and lots of checks missing and you charge us a finance charge after we called several times and you kept saying it's the post office??? So wrong

They said they were on isle 14 where we had looked a couple of times and were unable to find them. I asked for assistance and they just looked at me and didn't offer to come help. There were no other customers waiting to be cashed out. We left and went to Ace in Kalispell and found all that we needed. The employees in this store did not greet us and were not helpful so will not be going back there.

Not only do they cater to all you animal needs, food, containers, bowls, cages, heat lamps etc etc etc and I mean there's a huge selection of every animal feed imaginable. Chickens are our main reason we go here, not only for chicks but for everything they'll need EVER!! They also have a nice tool department with many name brand tools. There is a wonderful clothing and footwear department that sells many name brands that really appeal to the masses. Hunting apparel, jeans, coats, shirts and accessories. There is usually a really good selection on their clearance rack that I've found amazing deals for bothering me and my husband. But our favorite department is the gun department. They are helpful, knowledgeable and eager to show you anything that you might want to touch. We've been known to go in for chicken food and leave with a gun or two!! Ammo is always stocked and they carry many accessories too. Along with a huge selection of safes. Watch for their sales because they have some pretty awesome deals. But most of all after a big shopping haul right at the check out is a vast array of candy and snacks!! Also hard to resist!! One thing about Murdoch's is their customer service is awesome, always someone takes out our coop shavings and food and insists on loading it all up for us. Regardless of heat, rain or snow.

I could get lost for hours at Murdochs. They have a great selection of pet food and are happy to advise. I also ended up buying garden tools & clothes. They even have kids toys. I couldn't believe seeing toy chain saws, one in standard yellow & one in pInk! :-) I love Montana! Staff are super helpful & friendly. They also have fresh pet vaccines, which I had never knew you could buy at a store & administer to your pet. This is now my go-to store for so many things I need for living in the last best place...

I took my year-old mower in to get the blade sharpened in-mower. They brought it out after 15…read moreminutes and loaded into my car. A couple days later I went to mow, no blade. I called them and brought it up there--I live 25 miles or so from Ronan--and the store manager, Randy, came out and tried to get out of it, saying that I put it on them like they were the ones who screwed up. "You did screw it up! Fix my fucking mower!" Then he got mad and we yelled for a minute. Then he went in, and came back and he totally snapped in front of me and started jabbing his finger in my face. I was furious and said "gimme the goddamn blade" and he did, then he called the cops, saying I was stealing from him even though I had the labor receipt. I was so mad that I didn't even realize I had left the mower there. I called corporate and complained. Randy called and apologized and sent a guy out with my mower and he put my blade on. A couple days later I went to mow, and it was dead. The engine went putt putt and slowed down and died after 5 or 10 seconds. I made more complaints. These stores are all the same owner. I went to the Ace mower repair shop in Polson, another 20-ish miles. The guy fixed it, so he said, and he said he test-mowed for about 20 minutes. He then lied to me about cleaning the air filter. At least it was done... Now, today. 2 days after I took it in for what was supposed to be the last time, it is still the same putt putt die. I have never had this happen before. I am disgusted with this store and I recommend the Tru-Value across the street. The same owner owns the Ace stores in Kalispell, Ronan, Polson, and Missoula. It's a freaking s#1t show.
