We were greeted as we walked in. Staff were not wearing masks so we kept our distance. We did fill out tickets for the door prizes-and pens were disinfected between users. The store is large and filled with furnishings for every room. The furniture seemed good quality and prices were according. I did see a couple of end tables that were interesting. We had to measure the area to see if they would fit. I would go back to the Furniture Gallery after the covid pandemic is over. The staff were nice and furniture worth checking out.

A new house requires new furniture…read more We moved into a 2100 sq. ft. house from a 930 sq. ft. condo. Needless to say, all of our furniture could fit in the living room. So, we are in the market for all kinds of stuff. We compared several furniture stores around town, and while we were walking the floor at Sedona Digs a couple of items caught our eyes. We made notes, and came back after a few weeks. One of the pieces we saw would be perfect for our decor, but it was gone by the time we came back. We talked with a sales person, and they looked it up in the manufacturer's catalog and helped us place an order. The piece was delivered to our house, and now graces the living room. I would encourage anyone to do what we did. Go in without a shopping list, wander around and see what's on the floor. They have a lot of good stuff, with a nice artistic touch, in many different styles.

Dining room tables are sold for $6000 - $10,000. If they were works of art, then yes that would be a price you would expect to pay. But they are not even attractive, much less artistic. My own recommendation is that you need to drive down to Phoenix. I highly recommend Copenhagen Imports, on Camelback. You will see pretty sights when you walk into that store. And, at the higher end of what this miserable Sedona establishment offers, you could buy fancy furniture are Roche Bobois. Yeah, these require driving to Phoenix, but what can I say. You can buy good art in Sedona, but you should drive down I-17 to buy decent furniture. Let me repeat. A furniture store is easy to judge. Just walk in the front door and cast your eyes around. You should see "pretty." If you don't, time to move on. It would be nice to support local Sedona businesses. But they have to be good.

We came here to look at furniture, and discovered that the displays are absolutely wonderful. When we asked about fabrics and customizing our order, they had an impressive array of choices that blew the doors off the competition. When we balked at our original price estimate they agreed, and without a beat moved to another line that met our price objective. The quality seemed about the same, and the deal they gave us was about twice the furniture as our original choice. We ordered two barrel chairs and a wraparound couch for the living room. The time to manufacture the chairs was longer than they were accustomed to, because of the epidemic raging the country. The two barrel chairs and half of the wraparound couch arrived a little after the estimates said they would. But half the wraparound couch was the wrong color. Blackmarr's followed up and found out the manufacturer would build us a replacement wraparound couch immediately. When the replacement arrived in town, but just to be on the safe side Blackmarr's decided to inspect the shipment. No joy, the manufacturer had shipped the wrong furniture again. Another few months went by, and about the time we were going to follow up we got another call from Blackmarr's. Yes, the right part had arrived, and they would deliver it to our house immediately. As we all held our breath, the couch part was fitted into place. The color matched perfectly. As perfectly as if the original mis-shipped part had been found and re-routed to us. Through all this ordeal, we had the impression Scott and Lindsey at Blackmarr's were just as concerned, if not more so, than we were. They did what a very good merchant would do to keep our future business, with discounts and gifts and cards, and we were positively impressed. Yes, they have kept our business, and we will be shopping there in the future. I won't tell you who the furniture manufacturer was, but I'm sure Blackmarr's will be steering you to better suppliers.

I've attached the receipt to this review. Total cost was $ 269. I was also told that I needed new control arms and that they could order them for me. I let them know I would be getting a second opinion before moving forward. Not only was the alignment never completed, but my truck was still pulling to the right, which is dangerous to drive. I then took my truck to a Toyota dealership, where they properly aligned the tires with no recommendation for replacing the control arms.
