The lady was just walking through the aisles but did not see her approach anyone. So we looked for the shoes we needed and luckily they had the size we needed on the floor and continued to check out. The store itself was well organized and they have good stock but the bad customer service will probably keep me from returning.

They were out of a few pairs of shoes that would have been my first couple of choices (Nike running shoes) so I decided to go the Adidas route and was satisfied with my purchase, no buyers remorse or regret. Do you really need 4 people during the morning shift? Oh wait I forget, most of these shoes are made in asianic sweat shops for pennies on the dollar and are resold for hundreds. Guess Michael Jordan can live with that fact when he banks 7% annual royalties from Nike for his Jordan brand.
