It's a relatively small standup freezer but it can't be thrown out with trash and I just don't have time to drop this off somewhere myself. We made plans for him to head over right away. He texted me an ETA and I paid via Zelle and was done in under a half hour. Could not have gone better or been easier. I see some of the negative reviews and maybe it's just a timing thing or just bad luck if he gets overbooked. But for the cost, take a shot and try this guy out as he followed through immediately, was super nice , courteous and inexpensive. Strongly recommend.

A little while later, this was changed to the day after. Then it changed again to the next Friday. I rolled with all the changes without issue, but then Friday rolled around (where I put everything else off in order to be there between 10 - 12), and got a complete blowoff instead. No call, no show, no nothing. Basically, the dude is a flake. If he shows up, great. But he might not show up or even answer your text messages at all.

I messaged him months ago for an estimate but then kept forgetting to get back to him since we were still looking for a house and I was just beyond stressed and exhausted. He was patient and understanding. Finally when I was ready for the move he came to look at what we had in the apartment, he gave us a quote of time and hours and we scheduled the move. He came with one other person and they arrived a bit early and worked for 6 years straight moving all our stuff up and down the stairs. They were really careful with our items, wrapping them carefully and nothing was damaged during the move. I actually had him come out another time for a smaller move bcs I didn't have everything ready the first time. It took him and a helper like 20 mins to move 20 boxes - would have taken my boyfriend at least 2 days to do it. Niki and his guys are super efficient, friendly and accommodating. And pricing was really reasonable. I got a bunch of quotes from other places and it was just crazy with the hours, truck charge and all the extra fees. Niki's prices are a set price, no truck fee or hidden charges. That's what good business is about.
