I said well, we live by the mile of tile... but I do my research anyways. TBH - the first time we walked in, I didn't get the warm and fuzzies. I mean I don't want to be stalked while shopping but, I do want to be acknowledged esp since we had questions. Anyways, we ended getting help from Ana and it's been great since. My husband is in charge of this project so he mostly deals with the contractor, our vendors, etc There's plenty of variety to choose from and besides Ana, we had been helped by others when she's not there. Everyone is helpful and gives you options based on what you tell them you're looking for. I'm sure we will be back for more projects in the future!

They were one of the few places I found that carried prefabricated quartz countertops within my budget. That's where the positive experience ended though. The countertops that came in looked like a watered down version of the floor sample, much more plain and washed out. I understand these are manufactured items and won't be identical, but they should still be in the same range as what is displayed. We even reordered with a different style, thinking that might solve the issue, but the second set had the same problem. After two failed attempts, I tried to cancel the order altogether. The items never left the facility, but Bodega would not allow a return. My contractor even tried to convert the order into store credit to use for another client, and that request was also refused. Customer service only added to the frustration. I came in right at opening one day because I needed to get in and out quickly before work. Despite that, I was passed over while staff handled a large tile delivery, which could have easily been done before opening or at a less busy time. I understand waiting my turn, but this felt poorly managed and inconsiderate, and it nearly made me late. Overall, this was a disappointing experience on multiple levels. Between the product issues, lack of flexibility, and poor service, I would not recommend coming here.

Now one of drawers is dropping onto the next drawer below creating friction when opened or closed. Upon my inspection I found that the left side hardware is loose because the particle board it's attached to is crumbling. Since we are past the one year warranty, we were told that labor to repair this problem would be a minimum of $450. Before this we had several other problems but they were covered under warranty. Definitely cannot recommend this company for many reasons. Message me if you want to hear the other issues.

Kitchen cabinets (slim shaker) came out great and the hardware are working great. 1 star off for the overall communication with the company and our designer. They switched our designer from the North Hollywood office to Anaheim suddenly and it was clear they did not communicate with each other. The designer Catherine knew what she was doing measurement wise but was pretty snobby and had attitude the whole time. Some of the doors were missing on the initial delivery, and the glass doors got delayed 2 times with incorrect deliveries which delayed our whole kitchen finish by about a month. Don't get glass doors. Several handles were damaged on install but they did fix it after I pointed it out. Counter install went fine and took 10 days to arrive. They did try to do us right in the end and the final kitchen was finally finished beautifully but there were definitely frustrating moments throughout the process.

She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions while helping me select tiles for my project. I am a designer and despite the fact that their showroom is not massive the selection of tiles is very impressive. I was able to immediately pick out 10 tiles that could work with my project's design direction. I also really liked the quality of tiles from variety of finishes to their textures. Having that in mind, the prices are reasonable and the tiles look very upscale. The inventory was very promising as well. I have had to wait 3 months for tiles from another tile company (Porcelanosa) that are aesthetically very comparable to the ones I saw at Arizona for double/triple the price. Had I known about Arizona earlier I would never go to Porcelanosa to begin with and additionally deal with the worst customer service known in the industry. I have a full review on their Yelp page with specifics. 100% recommend Arizona tiles if you are a consumer trying to select your own tiles for your house project (you don't have a designer or contractor selecting them for you). The staff here are very help, you won't get this service elsewhere.

Adrianna helped me through the entire process and gave me really good feedback. She was so helpful that I couldn't have gotten through without he - I appreciated her zen personality! I also like that she was able to give me pieces to take home so that it's not just a picture I have on the phones. Color doesn't always come out right.
